There does not seem to be anything wrong with it, but I worry about the longevity of a multiplayer focused shooter on the Wii U. While I have enjoyed some cartoony shooters in the recent past, such as PvZ: Garden Warfare, I am not sure that the Wii U will be able to push enough copies to make Splatoon a worthwhile game after its initial release. I am cautiously optimistic that it could be a fun game, I am worried it will become largely ignored with other flashier multiplayer games.
EDIT: Never mind, I just remembered Bomberman Live: Battlefest. I bought that on Xbox Live when it was relatively new, and there was absolutely no one playing it, even though it was a multiplayer only game. Plus there was little to no difference between it and the original Bomberman Live. Such a waste of money.
I used to watch Giantbomb app on the Boxee, but over time that device became slower and the app less supported. Also the Boxee itself had a great deal of technical problems that made it frustrating to use reliably. These days I use Apple TV and airplay between the device and my iPad. It is by no means the cheapest or most effective way of watching Giantbomb on your TV, but for the most part it works really well for myself.
I watched Chef fairly recently. Really pretty movie from start to finish with some great father/son bonding moments. I liked this movie similarly to how I liked Nebraska. But overall I felt that there was a general lack of conflict in the movie after the first act and the ending felt bland. Still, in hindsight I would give it a 4/5.
