Microsoft haven't announced much yet but I've gathered a few clues about what you might expect:

Peter Molyneux headlining at GDC suugests that there will be a new Lionhead game this year
Rumoured Forza 3 this year
Rare seemingly working on 3 separate titles, 1 or 2 of them I suspect will come out this year (conker and PD2 plz!!!)
Mass Effect 2 headlining at GDC also suggests it might come out this year ,timed exclusive for the 360

Announced games:
1) Star Ocean 4
2) Halo Wars
3)Halo 3 ODST
4) Ninja Blade

If the rumours turn out to be true this is going to be a fantastic year for the 360!
