The Vegeta bias is strong in this episode. Like how do you watch what happened, call Krillin a dumbass for minutes and barely touch upon the fact that Vegeta directly and consciously helped the main villain/murderer/w/e get the upperhand? Like c'mon, guys.
@crimsonsilver4: I've always attributed that to the fact that he's been around some really funky dudes that are basically divinity. Reading minds in itself is nothing new to Dragon Ball at this point, either.
SOMA beating Witcher 3. Cibele even making the list.
I am going to listen to the podcast anyway, but man. It's pretty clear that the crew didn't have the time to play through everything this year and I hate the fact that I can't blame them. This year was nuts for video games.
I understood why Undertale wasn't even a nominee in the soundtrack category after I listened to the podcast. Disappointed.
I also accepted the fact that noone fought for any of the characters in the game to get nominated even if I can think of at least 3 characters that are better than Nick Valentine and Paul Rand.
But how in the holy mother of all that is decent did KERBAL and EP2 of LiS beat ANY of the high points of Undertale? I am legit baffled and can't wait to listen to the podcast.
You do realize that the previous 2 related events involving people discussing Gamergate have received bomb threats, threats to the hotels putting on the events, and full on publicly available attacks on social media and the last event didn't receive a bomb threat, it receaved several. A total of SIX BOMB THREATS.
That goes against the established narrative, so of course something like that isn't going to get reported.
Although to be fair, the SXSW has more mainstream relevance than something like SPJ and it's no surprise that this story has way more traction (around 20 sites reported on this already, deja vu?).
