Thanks for the suggestions. Glad to hear Rise is still one of the best looking games out there as it's been top of my wishlist for a while. I already have Witcher and Battlefront on PS4 so my accountant-brain will force me to wait a bit for prices to drop before I double dip on those (but that Battlefront mod looks insane). I'll definitely check out Doom as well, heard a lot of positives about that on the Bombcast.

For the 1st time in close to 10 years, I am reentering the world of PC gaming (iterative releases from Sony/Microsoft... no thanks). Went with a store bought PC because I didn't want to mess with building a new one, but I did a little research and it looks like a pretty good piece of hardware (I7-6700K, 32GB RAM, GTX 1080). It's set to be delivered Monday night and I am looking for one game I can boot up, turn the visual settings up, and treat myself to some eye candy. I heard a lot about the visuals of Rise of the Tomb Raider and Witcher 3 being some of the best out there, but they're now 6+ months old, so I'm thinking something better has come along since then. Would appreciate any recommendations.
