I ordered a 3ds ll for 300 bucks and had to pay 50 bucks for customs. My 3ds is also deffective it has a broken pixel and it was scratched when they sent it to me. I told them I wanted to exchange it and they stalled for a week. Now if I return it will be at my cost and cost another 46 dollars. They have terrible customer service and I'm never buying from them again and I sugest that no else does either.
