Socom: US Navy Seals - I would LOVE a modern version of this on PS5. I'm still a huge fan of the more tactical, one life per round online gameplay. Lot of good times in high school playing both Socom 1 and 2 with friends.

Jet Moto - loved the original on PS1.

Colony Wars - great Space Combat sim with multiple story paths and endings.

Ape Escape - Give me Ape Escape 4 already!

Yep!

I've loved playing hockey since I was a kid. Was still playing in a Men's League last year at this time before the rinks got shut down. Hoping to hopefully make my "triumphant" return once the world is a little more normal.

I also really enjoy reading and running.

Paperboy

One of my favorites of all time, hence the avatar pick.

Despite all the goofy stuff trying to stop you from delivering papers, the music is relaxing and it just reminds me of when I was a kid playing the game on my Genesis.

Been slowly working my way through Watchdogs Legion. It's actually been pretty enjoyable. I thought not having a "main character" would hurt it a bit, but I'm really enjoying finding new members to join my team.

Breath of the Wild

I put in a solid 5 hours and couldn't stand the combat and all the different systems in place. Ended up trading the game in. Fast forward a year and a half, I gave it another shot, stuck with it and LOVE it.

I have a variety I try to run through for short videos that I can watch while running on the treadmill. I actually try to change increase speeds after each video...sort of making running a "game" if you will!

Anyway, here's my recent go-tos...

  • SwitchUp
  • Gameranx
  • COOLTOY
  • Team Coco
  • How To Hockey
  • History of the Batman
  • 80sCommercial Vault (but for 90s commercials)

I have all my old playstation consoles hooked up in the basement, but would still love to see them all available to play my games on the PS5. I feel like I would actively play the older games more on the newer console if it was an option.

I haven't really had a Nintendo console since my NES and Gameboy Color. I also got an N64 near the end of that generation, and was primarily a Playstation kid.

So, to catch up on all the WiiU games and new Switch titles has been awesome for me. That being said, I've kind of found myself in a bit of a rut now waiting for more titles to come out. I'm definitely back hooked on Nintendo, but as you said, I could see it being more complimentary.

However, I have to admit, I'd say in the last 6 months, I've been playing way more Switch than my PS4. It's been sort of refreshing in a way, that's allowed me to put off looking for a PS5 until probably mid Summer (if I can even find one).

@monkeyking1969: Totally agree with you. The amount of time my buddies and I wasted in high school playing the campaign and then running clan wars non stop for a couple years is something we still reminisce about.
