Anything on Pretty Hate Machine that isn't Head Like a Hole (and maybe that too but 30's at highest). Also take a look around for CVS Bangers if you haven't heard of it yet, it features most of the top of this list and it's the worst

Poor Abby, but this series is amazing. Mr. X was so much more of a fucker as Claire B with all her linear paths through the station than Leon A who was circular routes galore. At least Claire A looks a bit better than that was.

For her wondering how he works, Mr. X does follow you naturally and doesn't port around, buuuut there are actually multiple copies of him running around at the same time in different parts of the station. There are actually videos (such as this one) of people luring more than one of him and having two on screen, which nearly happened to me naturally in Claire B. I could hear two sets of footsteps in opposite directions in the fire escape hall.

Loving this series, God Hand is easily my favorite PS2 game (and I do know I have bad opinions, don't worry.) I don't know if they take advice from the comments, but try using that duck dodge more! Up on the right stick, it's rough on the hand to use often but can dodge the majority of basic attacks.

Oh yeah, and speaking of hand health: you don't actually have to just smash circle when doing a stomp/pummel/whatever. All four face buttons count so you can just roll your thumb over them all and get the same damage

Specifically for this category, no one having played Divinity: Original Sin 2 is such a disappointment. I feel like it would run away with this category. There's so much great interaction in that world, every corner you look into gives you something, and it's often something of substance to the world itself. Sometimes it's a crab who talks shit at you about being a more powerful magic user, sometimes it's just a sword; but sometimes you get ambushed by lizard assassins. But only if you specifically play the lizard prince. The amount of variance in those interactions based on character is impressive. Plus the fact that an easily overlooked side task will completely change who controls the final city you go to and the state of the citizens within. Then you can fantasy-nuke the city from underground and the game keeps going, and you still have to move around the destroyed city. The way that world flows and evolves as you move through it is second-to-none in my book for an RPG setting.
