@dooley: Probably yea, he has the most experience with Zelda games. He would know what makes a good Zelda game also how this title stacks up against past titles. I understand that it could be viewed through "rose tinted glasses" but I don't know how often a reviewer goes into a review without a little bias, positive or negative.

Based on how Jeff was talking about this game on the podcast, I'm not surprised. Jeff loves him his fast twitch shooters. He use to always look forward to COD, cause he loves, well loved, it's fast pace multiplayer. I'm still not sure If I'm picking this one up, not cause I don't think it'll be fun or play great but I just find myself steering away from the fast twitch shooters. Been moving away from it for some years now, reviews look solid tho.

Does anyone know what a PC that can output 6 TFLOPy's would cost?

If true, MS is going for power with time. They really took to heart all the fanboys cry out about how "weak" the XBox One is.

@africanprincerh: I understand where your coming from, there are lively hoods and real people behind these games. That's why I buy games based on what I like, what intrigues me, and not reviews. I value reviews but I don't base my purchases, entirely, on them. But what I don't want is outside factors affecting a view/review of a product/service. A reviewer cannot/should not take that into consideration as that would make their opinion invalid. I read reviews cause I like seeing a different point of view. I believe it goes without saying that a review is just that one persons view, and will not necessarily reflect those of everyone else.

I rather like Jeff's reviews. They tend to be nit picky, detail oriented, and honest. If he doesn't like the game, he doesn't like it. I really don't know if it would have made a difference whether or not Brad or Dan would have reviewed this game. Their views on controls and game feel seem to fall in line with each others. That aspect of the game seemed like one of the things that really rubbed Jeff the wrong way. It's tough to like a game that you don't like "playing".

But if you're interested in the game pick it up, find out for yourself. The games not broke or unplayable. Opinions are opinions after all. Besides, I doubt the low reviews will deter the gamers who already had QB set at their GOTY. They'll just refer to the positive reviews and dismiss the less than stellar ones.
