You gots need to impliment a 15 minute delay for posting topics for one person.
What this means... I make a topic i need to wait another 15 before I can make another.

People are spaming the forums to get their posts up. We need order; WE NEED BAN STICKS!
Get some mods, sticks, RULES...and baby...were set.
