Not sure it helps though, but it doesn't seem connected to any other puzzle.
Aside from that, I'm stuck on the puzzle with complex Tetris shapes written on a stone. I noticed they all are templates for a cube, but it didn't help me much.
There's a similar symbol on top of the bell, and one on top of your home floaty-island world. They all seem to have different numbers of rings.
