I love V3, but wish it was pitched a little faster like V5 (my second favorite).
V3 was straight-up 70s cop show vibe, so I wonder what a more 80s/90s action show/movie vibe with some SNES/Genesis pixel sounding aspects to it would sound like.
@haneybd87: If I open up Clans tonight, I'll create a GBEast one centered around East Coasters. 'GBEast' or 'GBE'. If someone wants to create it before I do, feel free.
I got duped. I feel dumb that I didn't research, but after the first game with the paid DLC, I assumed this was the same. Listed to the podcast and now feel really dumb. Lesson learned. Maybe Ubi will make good on it and give Gold members any Year 2 paid DLC or something.
@rorie This has probably been asked, and I apologize for that, but are your streams archived anywhere on GB? I never catch them live, but I'd be up for vicariously playing WoW through your streams. Thanks!
Austin...what can I say that hasn't been said. You were a great fit with the East Coast team and the Beastcast soon became my most listened to podcast. Your content on the site was always great. You struck a fine balance between Vinny and Alex like the layer in between the sun and the warm fog on a spring morning. We'll miss you! Keep your laughter, wit and academic intelligence with you in your journey ahead. Best of luck!
It's completely disgusting. Buy a game for $60, and I should be able to attain everything without signing up on a website or getting a companion app.
I don't mind micro-transactions which they sell throughout to help someone get from A to Z quicker. It's not that intrusive, but going up to a chest and having a website launch or it ask me to download a companion app totally takes me out of the experience.
Not to mention, there are achievements/trophies tied to getting all chests. Just gross.
