Oh man seeing Tali die really hurts, she has so much good story in ME3. I didn't realize it was because of Samara until I read these comments, because I picked Tali on my last playthrough and she lived. The person you send through the vents dies the same way if they are not the right choice (I had Jacob die on my first playthrough there).

I also think ME3 is a very underrated game. I recall disliking it a whole lot when it first came out, but I came back to it in an entire series playthrough a year ago, and with all the updates and DLC it was a lot better the second time around. That said, Tali's stuff in ME3 is some of the best content in that game, so it's a reaaaal bummer she's dead now.

Ahhh the dreaded water room at the end, killing speed runs everywhere. That part was so hard for me the first time I played as a kid.

Quickly turning into one of my favorite mini-series you guys are doing, please finish the game! You guys rock.

I dont know if you guys will read this since its an older video now but I think one of your mods is causing that quick cut to mission success screen. Normally theres a short cut scene after missions like that. They're not crucial, just like Shepard pressing buttons and turning to leave after the engine restart, but it isn't supposed to cut like it has been for you. Just a heads up

Important tip if you keep playing on the PC, if you ever have trouble with quicktime events where you need to mash a button (more trouble than what seems normal) you need to change the framerate to locked at 30, the PC version has some weird problems with 60fps tied to it.

There is a part in the game that is almost impossible without lowering the framerate, real pain in the butt.

Just a tip if you didn't know already, you have to wear the armor pieces you buy to get the benefits, they're not automatic passives.

I know Alex didnt super dig the up-close combat in 1, but Vanguard in ME2 is totally reworked and super badass, the playstyle is so unique compared to 1's. But Sentinel is a super cool choice also. I'm so excited for more of this series!

I hope Alex is actually enjoying his time with this game, the side content in ME1 is definitely the weakest in the entire series, and 95% of what makes the first game iconic is just the main story. I hope he doesn't feel obligated to do all the bad side stuff in this game.
