Hey everyone :). This thread has been enormously useful with getting through the game, especially where people have put hints instead of just spelling out the answer. So thanks for anyone who has helped out in any way. Interesting how everyone does different things and notices different things in the game. Seems there are tons of little details out there.
Anyway, just a fewthings:
I've seen you repeatedly say the text '"ALL OF TIME AND SPACE. AND THE SPACE OUTSIDE OF SPACE. WHERE DOES IT END?" is at the end of the tome, but I read it on the side of one of the levels. Unfortunately I can't remember which, but I can tell you for sure I didn't read it in the tome since I haven't unlocked the end of the tome and haven't even attempted to read the tome yet.
I had the same phenomenon happen to me, but it also happened when standing on top of the statue and in first-person mode. I suppose it could be ambient, but I don't think it was. I'm fairly certain it's to do with the skull artifact and the 'gravestone' puzzles.
While on the topic of the skull artifact, I did finally work out the number system with the help of a comment on here. But I still don't understand the significance of the skull picture in the boiler room, the symbols opposite the skull picture and the indents on the bottom of the actual skull artifact (that form the same three dot shape as in the picture of symbols).
Also, I have a question mark for the room with the weird squid statue (which has the same three-dot symbol on it), and I'm unable to solve the puzzle for the anti-cube in there. Any hints please?
