When I come home and pissed off at someone or something. I plop myself on my beanbag chair and Play GTA. In my mind, how rich it is with imagination, I imagine one particular person randomly in the crowd to be the person I'm pissed off about, then I torture him and so-forth. Is this normal? After I do this, I feel so much better. Does this work for anyone else?
