Looks like the guy did several voices in the Pre-Sequel, and then ended up being arrested in April 2014 and convicted on multiple counts of possession of child pornography in July 2015?
But apparently, that's not even who she's referring to, instead, it's about Chris Hardwick? Who wasn't even charged with, let alone sentenced for any crimes? If that's who she's actually referring to then that's just an unbelievably "smeary" and borderline libelous thing to say, completely ignoring presumption of innocence like it's just some inconsequential annoying thing that nobody should care about.

Presumption of innocence applies to courtrooms, it's not a universal rule of human interaction. There's no moral obligation on any of us not to take his ex at her word. Quite the opposite, really. Fuck that guy.
Heads up that data point stuff isn't tied to the DLC and also you don't have all of them. It'll be obvious in your call to Liara when you DO have all of them, as you'll get a new (important) dialogue option.
Also the Thane memory stuff is because the game expects you to have spoken to him a bit more before you get his loyalty mission dialogue. You can get an explanation for it out of him from his other conversations.
