I don't know what sort of topsy turvy world gave me two people calling me a transphobe and homophobe, while also misgendering me a "guy" after I previously told them I was non-binary. Last week's Beastcast literally has producers notes acknowledging the allegations, and we've linked you to well more than enough sources showing why Merritt shouldn't be on my favorite gaming website.
Anyways, I apologize to folks that this discourse got so fucking weird, but sometimes you just have to keep pushing folks to do the right thing, so Giant Bomb: please take down that episode and release some sort of material explaining why. You guys have been a great source of escapism during 2020, and it just makes me sad more than anything that I feel uncomfortable watching further material from you folks until you fix what happened on Friday.

Like I said, I genuinely love Giant Bomb and wish I could enjoy their new content without wondering why it's been 4 days and they still have that episode up, with no addressing it outside of a tiny footnote in the show notes.
Love GB and it's crew, which is why I just have to ask: if we had time to play Spelunky 2 today, do we have time to take down last week's Beastcast episode that features a known abuser?
