At the moment I would argue pc gaming (as in tablets and touchscreens) is more streamlined than consoles.

The reason woman dress like hookers in games and are portrayed as weak sex objects is because the people putting out the games are well aware this is the reality of what most of the audience (males) want and exploit it... as indeed they should.
