Making The Killer/ Powers
1)The 1st step in Ranji's training is to harden the mind to genius levels before the age of five and have it perform in unison with the body to make a deadly opponent and also create well-planned, precise strategies. Using technological, primitive, and advanced 'humane' processes they can mold anyone to use their mind and body in unison. Death Warrants are trained so that their minds are way beyond their age capabilities and are able to hold vast knowledge without forgetting something. It's mostly used that way the Death Warrant can remember various martial arts techniques and other important, essential information like basic survival. Most pain receptors are removed during this, meaning all Death Warrants don't feel most pain. Death Warrants are also trained to resist mind control, to it's fullest, even draining themselves physically to build defensive barriers. This is done delicately in a slow, but extreme manner that way a Death Warrant can quickly procede to the next form of training.
2) After that, the 2nd step is the genius mind being trained to work with the body to perform actions through an almost will-based process. For this to work, the participant is well-appreciated to be Triple Jointed, along with having a form of Electromyography tested on them constantly so that their muscles can perform at top superhuman performance. Electromyography (EMG) is a technique of evaluating and recording the activation signal of muscles. It detects the electrical potential generated by the muscle cells when these cells are both mechanically active and at rest. In Death Warrant technology, they use a form of this to 'shock' the body with electricity and other chemical substances that combine to increase the electrical potential within the muscle cells, while being dangerously close to turning the human heart off and killing the subject. This is all to increase the speed that the motor neurons can travel to the neuromuscular junction (where the nerves and muscle tissue meet). By doing this, the body can easily communicate with the brain and other muscles to increase the reaction time and reflexes of its subject. With this, a Death Warrant with a small amount of concentration can slow his mind and other muscles to see things like bullets, and with enough ease, and dodge them along with other human attacks. Most do not survive the first two steps of Death Warrant training. After the completion of this step, most senses are increased like sight, scent, hearing, and make the subject almost impervious to being unbalanced. This is all a regular Death Warrant needs to know in order to become a great assassin or Merc.
3) The 1st step of The Living Death Warrant's training is primarily Sound Energy segments, however other energy for an example like Kinetic, Gravitational, and Electric(including ability Cyberkinesis and Digital Mimicy working when mixed with genius level mind) energy are also partially parcticed, and are segments that are secondary. Meaning besides a dominate force in the use of Sound energy, a Living Death Warrant can manipulate Kinetic energy to a limit like bursting a HyperKinesia(ability to attack foes by making movements through a cast of Kinetic energy) kick. The Living Death Warrant can also lessen or worsen the gravitational pull on things, even crushing them with a lot of focus. Even more, he or she can manipulate the potential energy of many charged particles in an object, like a battery, and siphon it to use it in electrical-like attacks. As before, these things are limited and are not mastered like Sound Energy. However administered slightly as the year’s progres to The Living Death Warrants until they reach the age of eight in which the third step goes into full progression. Everything has a 'wave,' a pulse by which creates sounds and such. The Heart performs by a series of heartbeats the run on a rhythm continuously while you sleep. When a chair falls or a steel pin hits the floor, the vibration turns into a traveling wave which is an oscillation of pressure transmitted through solid, liquid, or gas, composed of frequencies within the range of hearing and of a level sufficiently strong(The absolute threshold of hearing (ATH) is the minimum sound level of a pure tone that an average ear with normal hearing can hear in a noiseless environment.) to be heard, or the sensation of stimulated by organs of hearing by such vibrations. The human perception of sound is through 12 Hertz (unit of frequency) and 20,000 Hz(20 kHz) but that is not definite and the higher of the two usually decreases with age. The perception can differ between other mammals, for example dogs can hear vibrations lower than the human. The Living Death Warrant’s Trainer used Erythrocyte (red-blood cell types) and injected it with an element called Risophyte, only found 3,000 ft below the sea floor near Japan. Risophyte was found to be one of the powerful, durable mediums able of different types of energy. After finding a way for no adverse side effects to occur in the circulatory and other bodily systems, it is administered into a Death Warrant. Upon enough Risophyte being administered into The Living Death Warrant's body, they can after enough training and concentration, manipulate sound energy, vibrations, and waves to their own will. This is used to perform stealth techniques, along with quickly killing a person without physical movements. The Living Death Warrant can use this technique to block out his opponent’s hearing, toning the vibrations and sound waves down around the ear drums (the fundamental part of hearing). He can also use this to help himself, canceling everything with hearing capability around the area as he walks or runs around creating an illusion of him being in one place and then gone the next. If The Living Death Warrant wants, he can focus a concentration of one noise(more causes more concentration) onto their victim’s ears, and then increase the vibrations in order to cause an explosion within the ear drums and cause a ‘deaf’ state, leaving the victim crippled of hearing. The Living Death Warrant can also mess with the human body and the way it works, using compression sound waves to mess with the heart’s constant beating and blood flow causing death within minutes. This attack causes the body to go into a defensive panic, and is augmented when there is an abundance of sound waves around. If that technique is used, the closer The Living Death Warrant is to his opponent, the more powerful the affects are. A fully mastered Living Death Warrant can even use energy to increase his abilities ten fold. It takes many years to perfect this, and when this person does, they are truly The Living Death Warrant in almost every essence, and have surpassed their peers and almost all their trainers.
Mastered Energy: Sound Energy(also a sort of mental sound propagation signaling other things in the vicinity of three hundred meters in a silent form of echolocation) and its various types, most importantly Compressional Sound Waves.
Practiced Energy's: Kinetic-(the potential energy an item might have that a Living Death Warrant can use to do various things with, mostly used to kinetically charge inanimate objects and the use of Hyperkinesia) Gravitational-(Can alter the gravitational pull on things may it be heaver or lighter, but gets harder to do at the size of the object if it isn't near his own weight. Requires concentration on small things too like a heart), Electrical(Can siphon electricity from potential particles within things and use them to his whims)
4) The 2nd step of training The Living Death Warrant and the 3rd and final step for a regular Death Warrant, is to have them injected with an element found in similar places like Risophyte, but performs differently. Liosophosphate is injected into a Death Warrants body to slow down the aging process in every form in the body, and prevents any natural diseases, and some unnatural diseases from attacking the Death Warrant in any way. Liosophosphate has similar attributes to many ‘cures’, and combined slows down all processes of decomposition in the human body. So in this case, the body, its brain, its fiber and tissues, its organs, all is invulnerable to diseases and slowly age. For example, and eighty year old Death Warrant will have the organs of a much younger person around fifty, but their body still goes through height developments, weight gains, and other natural phenomena that other, normal people go through. This insures that a Death Warrant won’t go through anything that will pre-maturely kill it naturally, especially with the rise of cancer and other leading causes of death for people. Along with this, the precaution of other healing properties is used for unnatural causes, like blade, bullet, or other weapon and non-weapon type disruptions on the body that take longer than a day to heal in the body’s own time.
5) The 3rd, final step of training The Living Death Warrant is blending all these abilities together that they’ve learned. Using compression sound wave abilities with the other steps through the very rigorous training, this illustrious, but infamous assassin can literally move at an illusion-level speed while remaining in the same, standing position while slowly moving, giving them the illusion of having super speed and circling around their opponent as they close in while walking. With the augmented abilities, The Living Death Warrant also found out that he is capable of learning Martial Arts techniques faster than a normal Death Warrant and with more exuberance and personal flare. Because of the heightened reflexes and abilities, The Living Death Warrant is basically unmatched in bladed weaponry fighting, and is also able to use different energies as a form of weapon, using it to heighten a whisper to a loud-pitched scream. He can phase through walls by using the compressional sound energy to disrupt his own cells, making them unstable to pass through things like a brick wall. Basically, The Living Death Warrant becomes the master illusionist, able to use his abilities together to create quick-paced illusions through sound energy and make himself an indirect master in almost all aspects. There are limits to these abilities though, as there are strengths to everything there are weaknesses to go with them.
Abilities
Weapons Master: Being trained many years to do what he does, Mark has basically been given almost his whole life-span to dedicate the use of weapons. He can do almost anything with them, and even without bullets in a gun or a dull edge on a blade, Mark can manipulate his odds by the different ways he can use the weapon or weapons to kill his target. Mark has perfected a special style all his own though, and is the only known master to his common knowledge. It's called Natural Weapon Manipulation, meaning he can use almost anything as a lethal and or non-lethal weapon besides that of guns, swords, and the wide array of other weapons created during human life throughout the thousands of years. This means he can use a glass bottle to kill someone ten to twenty different ways. He can use a remote controller to bash, slash, or hack at someone, and can turn the controller into a knife by hitting off the edges until there's a sharp point for stabbing. Either way, giving this man anything, may be a cloth or a plate of food, he can turn it against you without warning, especially if you're someone he doesn't prefers to be around.
Hand To Hand Combat Master/Martial Arts: Mark has been trained in various hand to hand combat styles ranging from Kung Fu to Krav Maga. Instead of being trained by Americans and others of different ethnic ethnicities who the styles never originated from, Mark has trained with the Monks, Shinobi's, and others of which hail from the creators of their combat. So as a result, Mark has a special insight on all Martial Arts orientated combat and a few others like boxing, kick boxing, Parkour, and other non-asian based hand to hand combat. He however, has only dwelled into most martial arts, and therefore is not a Master of most of the combat he knows.
Genius/Strategist: Mark is a genius when it comes to battles and survival, and has such studied many things including the use of poisons lethal to humans and other species. Learning from Sun Tzu's 'Art of War,' Mark was able to fully understand the man's teachings. These teachings help Mark in almost every battle or situation he is in. Mark can use your words, facial expressions(Master Facial Expression Reader), and other movements to figure a way to beat you. Mark has exhibited this ability many times over, and in his battle against the infamous, female Portrait, turned her words into a riddle in which he was able to figure out how to defeat her 'painted' beasts that his 'real' weapons couldn't hurt. He eventually used a 'painted bayonet' to slice her up effeciently. Either way Mark is a genius, able to remember various things, on and off the battlefield. He is a force to be reckoned with, especially in strategy and things he has studied in.
Amazing Hand Eye Coordination: Mark, through years of discipline, is proud to say he pretty much never misses a target when he absolutely wants to hit it. Laziness though usually effects him, and the thrill of a true fight is what Mark truly lusts for. Learning from the gracious Shinobi's of Japan, Mark was able to copy their throwing precision and incoporate it into his own style. Through the years, Mark has fused his coordination in most aspects of his attacks, and some of his defenses.
Superhuman Stealth: Using Parkour, espionage, and infiltration Mark is able to stealthily move around. He can hide almost anywhere, and with giving his body no mental barriers, Mark can twist his body in ways only some others can. A master in his own right, if Mark wants to hide from you, most likely you won't ever know where he is. The shadows are his allies, even the cracks and crevices in large enough areas can become a death trap to those Mark 'hunts.'
Superhuman Escape Artist: Using Parkour and other well orchestrated moves intertwined with his genius intellect, Mark can pretty much escape any situation from running away by machine gun fire to getting out of police hand cuffs. As an espionage/infiltrator on many of his missions, somtimes Mark has to make steatlhy escapes using only his body or materials like smoke bombs. He is a keen opponent when he wants to escape a fight.
Photographic Reflexes/Internal Time Manipulation: For this to work, Mark's instrumental mental ability to manipulate his internal clock has given him the ability to study other's moves in slow motion. Combined with Parkour, Mark then procedes by letting his body just flow in the way he has seen something. In a way, he exactly copies his enemies attacks, just with his own flare. With his genius level intellect, Mark is able to keep a amount of ten people's physical movements in his mind and mix them also, and after awhile is able to know what the person he has 'photographed' will do in certain situations. He cannot copy some skills if he can't do the action. EX: Doing an olympic dive and not knowing how to swim.
Superhuman Agility/Balance/Acrobatics/ and Speed: Mark, trained young, has developed the ability to let his his body flow and break all mental barriers on what is possible and what is not. Usually a person can't do something because they think they cannot, Mark though was young when he was taught to never underestimate himself physically. A free spirit, Mark has immense agility and balance, along with an olympic runner's speed, he's a monster.
Basic Weapons
Along with having a large, almost botttomless amount of weapons in small warehouses around the world, Mark has a few instrumental weapons that he holds extremely dear to his way of life, and are basically his unspoken signatures. There are currently only two 'special' items that Mark frequently, if not always, carries with him.
Mark recieved two Malaysian Flamberge swords from Akira Overdrive upon joining the independent, different Hidden Lotus. The blades themselves are made of quality Adimantium. Able to cut through any known mineral on Earth, the rare, alien blades are a nice addition to Mark's armory. The hilts and sheeths are made of encrusted diamond, gold, and silver wrapped around a thin, brown sheet for a non-blistering handle during battle.
Mark bought two, custom made Glock 17 pistols able to hold fifteen rounds in one ammunition. The Glocks are set at a machine gun fire pace. The pistols are untraceable like the bullets they use and are especially helpful to Mark, as not many people can simply dodge bullets with ease unless they see what's coming.

Upon using this, he is immediately drained of almost all his bodily energy and usually only uses this as a last resort.
Uniform/Costume
Mark's gi was another gift provided by the illustrious, Akira Overdrive. It was given with the twin Flamberge's, but the Ninja-like gi is much more important to Mark than his weapons. Falling under a lot of pain, Mark knows that the best defensive weapon is protective armor. Mark's uniform is made of Vibranium fibered colored over in black. In important places, like shoulders and the abdomen, are silver plates of Adimantium. This ensures that Mark won't fall under extreme pain, and even loss of limbs, by means of weapons and such as easy. The suit brings him back old, memories.
Beginnings
Death Warrant(Specifically Followers) Code Of Honor-
1) I swear to follow the Code of Honor and the Death Warrants society as long as I live.
2) I swear that when I am needed, I will return to the Death Warrants residing residence while receiving opening arms from my peers and mutual advisors.
3) I swear that I will not speak about the society that I follow to any other person outside of the Death Warrants.
4) I swear that if I have failed my mission, than I will kill myself most honorably for my failure.
5)I swear that any Death Warrant warrior left behind shall be found and buried along the islands surrounding beach, if they are deserters they are to be left to rot atop a boat in the waters for the birds to eat.
6)I swear not kill any other member of the society intentionally.
7) I swear that I will train any hopeful Death Warrant assassins to the best of my abilities if I am so asked.
8) If I break any of these rules, I fully understand the consequences may include death, decapitation of limbs, or memory whip through assorted poisons, all of which will end up with me being stranded by my own kind.
Ranji Kai Maaka was born from the mother, Kikina Maaka, a Japanese girl but born in England, or more a young woman housed by a sect of Shinobi, or for outsiders, Ninjas. She herself was an illustrious member of the secret sect, one based off of intensive skill, brute intelligence, and powerful speed. This secret society worked, or trained it's members on an island just south of the host country Japan and outside of the public's prying eyes. An island only thirty miles wide on any angle was just small enough not to be bothered by others, and was property of Japan by which it had been manipulated earlier in Japan's history to be a secret hideout and safe house for Shinobi simply labeled "Death Warrants”
Eventually, that one student would be put into other vigorous and rigorous challenges in new, technologically advanced training and put out to do the work of the society. Respected by all who knew of the society, that one student would become a legendary warrior in the eyes of his or hers peers. Unlike others, the Death Warrants society allow females and males of all ages under two to join their ranks and begin training. However, only twenty Death Warrant elite members are allowed to roam the world at once on their own personal agendas, mostly because of the problem with 'I guess the world's to small.' Intersecting assassinations cause global conflict, the stuff or rumors originate from tying one line to another line and just inventing something that makes sense to both lines, and with only a small amount of lethal, disappearing killers, people would think it more of one person then ten or twenty.
Many more Followers, basically Monk or Shinobi stereotypes, litter the Temple all waiting to breed lethal warriors or hone their skills to teach the new batch of prodigal fighters, all the while hoping that their child makes the cut and eventually becomes The Living Death Warrant. They are mostly sent out to do the society's work when the job isn't important enough to be dealt with by those of the almost godly, Death Warrants. Most hopeful's self-esteem drops though after realizing their son or daughter isn't just quite cut out for working like a trueborn fighter or was born a generation too early or late. If you are born under the society and you don't make the cut for your generation, you can either stay in the Temple envying those people given choices you weren't and try to better yourself as a part of the Death Warrants society of Shinobi warriors, or have yourself honorably killed at an appropriate age so you can be 'reborn' again in another child's body with a second chance at making the line-up.
Because of this sects beliefs, being killed in an attempt to become one of the Death Warrants is not considered a horrible thing to do, but some are sort of pushed to do that way more dependable choices can be picked out of the few children born and adequately ready to become one of the elite. It is normal for people from different nationalities to have a baby so their one or more child can have dual citizenships. As you can believe, the Death Warrants society is primitive in many ways, but through training of it's few Members, technologically, medicine, and weaponry wise it is a hole-in-one compared to the birdies(golf speech) of many countries, including Japan. The only problem about becoming a Member or Follower of this mutual, almost invisible society is you cannot leave the island unless one of the few Death Warrant's who leave on boats. Meaning, everyone who knows about the sect is born on the island and only a small percentage actually leave. Everything is made on the island from toys to Japanese cuisine. The modern day 'utopia' is virtually inescapable, the largest prison not even known by the people within it. Those who try to escape, or successfully have are immediately 'terminated' with haste upon their freedom from the island. Not a word has been spoken about the society, and they plan on it staying that way.
Ranji was born into this kind of life style, never fully competed for his Father's affection, and was always being outshined by other power-grabbing students for the simple attention of the man who had helped give him life. His Father, whom was second-in-command of the secret organization of these trained assassins who always completed a job, had little time for his own son. He was more interested in if a job wasn't finished, that being the only way for it 'not to be finished' was if , rarely, the Death Warrant sent after it's target was killed, meaning another needed to be sent to do the job until a replacement came to replace it.
At six and a half months old, Ranji was inducted into the Trials with three others to become an illustrious Death Warrant on the supply and demand method, and not a follower like his Mother who had not made the final cut of the training. If all went wrong, Ranji would be out at the age of eight, using the rest of his life to being a slave of something he no longer had a part of. If all went right, then Ranji would be one of the next Death Warrant members to walk the Earth.
A Death's Warrant Beginning
Six months old, the youngest out of the four and only a baby, pretty much useless for anyone if you think about it. But for Death Warrant trainers, patient as they are, the job is easy. All they must do is teach the small, feeble children to speed up their thought process and think at a teenager's level by four, by six a grown up's, by eight a computer geeks, and so on and so on until they are basically at the genius level. From there you have your foundation at about nine or eight, and a basic knowledge of most Martial Arts combat like Tai Kwon Do, Five Animal Styles Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Hapkido, Krav Maga, Tai Chi Chuan, and much more. Also, by that age most Death Warrants must have a moderate knowledge of Ninjutsu or the 'art of stealth' and the main backbone for all of a certain Death's Warrant dirty work. Training is all about pre-mature physiology and personality. Can't have a whining, complaining, slobbering baby inside a training facility like no other and that was how this society chose it's most illustrious, infamous members.
Every day is a game played over and over again for memory; food is only given when you say a certain word for that day that is attempted to be hammered into you almost every minute of the day. If you were rancid with smell, you'd be left in it until you got a rash before you were accurately 'changed.' Pain will become normal in our life, suffrage will mean nothing, only glory and death will become your happiness. Tantrums or other, various temper problems during any time of the day, even when you are about to go to sleep, earn you a nice beating that would be painful in the morning with bruises and sometimes bleeding. No remorse for your pain, and you will not cry when you approach others, or you will receive a longer, harder beating because of your impudence.
Ranji went through this until he was appropriately able to talk at two. By that time he was already speaking like a normal eight year old. He was on his way to following the plans of his trainers, while another less lucky child was constantly beat because of his speech problems. At three, Ranji and his other peers were working on Martial Arts and schooling studies. Even though Death Warrants are assassins, they have to have brains to survive. By the age of five the mastery of Tai Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Tai Chi and some basic Martial Arts were the tip of the iceberg. The student with speech problems had died; internal bleeding had withered his body away until he had died in his sleep of internal bleeding. The only problem about that, the boy couldn't speak, and for that he had died by the senseless beatings put upon him by one specific trainer.
Ranji continued on despite the fear of dying himself, learning more and more on his way to glory. At about the age of six he was competing against the other students. Using his abilities in speed and agility, Ranji made up for power by dodging each blow and tiring his opponent to the point of pure exhaustion. He was a lightning bolt, and his blow to the head was only strong enough to daze his opponent for a few minutes. Those minutes however, earned Ranji his win in the eyes of his trainers. Still, a black hole built into the heart of the expert speedster.
It was an eerie emptiness, filled with no joy. The thrill of a battle filled the hole, and Ranji was only happy when he was satisfied that his opponent had put everything out in the open against him. In one fight, his opponent had failed to comply and had simply given up. Instead of taking it easy, Ranji had taken it by beating the boy until he was black and blue. From that day on, everyone put their best into anything against him...even the trainers who trained him to be what he was supposed to be.
By about seven, Ranji and the other students were being put through mental tests at four in the morning every, single day. Strenuous, unequaled to anything else Ranji had ever gone through; he was put on his toes moment to moment. At one point he believed that survival was for the fittest, and so became a 'survivor,' where everyone else was the enemy and that one person who could simply win it all. It was strengthening his mind to be a rock, but it was physically tearing at him with vicious pain. For the next four years, Ranji and his other, fellow peers were put through hell and back and then put back in hell again as they trained harder and harder until they were at peak condition for everything right down to the simple foot move in Martial Arts. Twenty hours of work, four hours of sleep. There was nothing to do on the remote island but perform your best and stick out of your small, almost non-existent group. During this time, Ranji's American/Japanese father died on a mission in South America. First Mission: Stomach Butterflies
At age eleven, with common knowledge of almost every art form of Martial Arts, and some other precious skills, a 'prospect' is sent on his or hers first mission on their sixth month of being a Death Warrants trainee or hopeful. As the youngest out of three hopefuls since one had been killed, Ranji was the last to be sent on his mission and so already knew what would be inside the dirty, conniving job he would have to complete. Missions did vary, but most were the same in essence, and so Ranji had spent his time creeping around and listening to the other children he now knew as friends. They were bickering on how difficult it was at first, to kill your own kind and such. To have to hunt them down and annihilate them without mercy and without any witnesses.
From that gathered, small information Ranji had made his deep, fearful conclusion. Those who, mentioned before, wanted to be honorably killed were the targets. Plain and simple, those sad souls who thought they were worthless were the primary mission for the kids, some of who had known that most of the kids they'd seen around wanted to be just like them, and so would be willing to kill themselves for another chance. At around ages fifteen to twenty five, these failures or mis-shots wanted another chance.
Ranji prepared himself for the mission to come. He participated in the Shinobi's customs which was to rest in the Temple in a sitting position in front of a large picture with your eyes closed. In a way this belief was Shugendo. Ranji here, started to become attuned with the force of nature surrounding him. Trained to do so, he heard the heartbeats of other Monks or Shinobi's waltzing around by the Shugendo Room with much interest since the door was closed tight and locked. He could even hear animals as far away as a mile as he was taught by the sect.
In the morning, and a long night, Ranji was given his mission by the head Death's Warrant leading assassin, scientist, and medical expert. A package, this man, Master Konajuka was the head of the sect when Ranji's Father had been the second-in-command. Old, and very well achieved, he followed the rules of the Death Warrants society or sect to the smallest words and or the. A true by the book Master, which now lead the secret sect on its private island secluded from anyone, or anything, wishing to find and expose it to the public.
Generally, Master Konajuka treated Ranji like any other future Death's Warrant. He was quickly given a job, thirty minutes to prepare, and then Konajuka was gone. Out of sight from any of the Death Warrants hopefuls, specifically Ranji who had wanted to speak with him about the father he never knew, and the mother he was not allowed to see. Instead he was told to grab provisions, head out of the island on a boat, and deal with a few runaway-personnel who had left the island in sheer rage towards the sects 'prison-like' side. In reality, Ranji's first thought had been wrong; instead he was going after 'betrayers' of the sect of Shinobi's.
Eventually, during the night, Ranji met a large boat described in what Master Konajuka had said were the targets. Pulling up beside the vessel, Ranji paddled silently and effeciently through the ocean waves. When he was docked beside the boat, seemingly larger than his own canoe, Ranji threw over a grappling hook, which nestled itself on the barge before being stuck to the wall. Silently, Ranji grabbed the rope and pulled himself up until he was on the edge. Jumping over the vessel's lef-side haul, Ranji was tip-toeing on his feet, and snaking his body throughout the boat.
As the vessel, Ranji now on it, rocked back and forth he opened up the door to the lower decks. One person was at the door, definitely a look-out for the others but had failed his job. He was snoring, sleeping with his head near a wall. Instead of just killing his new-found target quickly, Ranji used the Kuk Sool Won(Korean martial arts known for it's use of pressure points) move to immobilize the man by hitting the fourth and fifth vertebrostenal ribs on the right side of the man's body, rendering him immobile. Still sleeping, Ranji woke the man up by shaking his head around. Immediately, the man attempted to scream, but with one move Ranji covered the man's mouth by pushing a cloth into it muffling the sound. With the look-out now in a fearful notion, Ranji moved his head and hit him with a closed fist to the back of the head precisely where the autonomic nervous system, part of the central nervous system controlling consciousness, visceral functions, and a host of other function-performing things. Immediately the man was out like a light. Ranji would take care of him later. Pulling out the cloth in the man's mouth, Ranji continued on down the various steps holding his, specially made twin Sais.
Continuing on through the vessel, Ranji soon discovered others, bundled up in families and sleeping together in close proximity. With ease, Ranji was just simply annihilating those who had abandoned their Shugendo-styled religious beliefs which ruled their life in every way. No remorse. That was rule one of all Death Warrant regulations. Anyone who had abandoned their kind was an enemy as no other, as if Satan to God. Ranji walked through the boat silently and without much work. The butterflies in his stomach approached with fury, but against his wishes, Ranji could do nothing as the suspense in his mind kept building.
Danger was in every corner. If anyone had heard him than he was the immediate form of it. Someone could be hiding or lingering around a corner, and with his body not being controlled, Ranji could not grasp the heartbeats of those he wanted to be his extreme victims. However it wasn't until he had mutilated the last victim, a small baby boy, whom which Ranji began to realize there was no reason to have a fear for killing or of being killed. A dispensable being, that was Ranji's new thought process, but a process in which he did not want to follow but knew was an option. As he walked up the stairs back to his own canoe, Ranji pulled out the immobile, unconscious man that he had captured. Altogether, forty people had been killed, most of which were trained in espionage, trickery, and hand to hand combat with increased senses.
Throwing the man overboard into the canoe, Ranji dropped himself into it before paddling his boat to safety. Taking two grenades, Ranji took out both safety clips before throwing the grenades onto the deck of the vessel. Paddling his canoe away, Ranji wasn't startled by the large explosion engulfing the boat, but the immobile man mustered a slight shudder before Ranji kicked him in the back, silencing him. The job was completed, and within a few hours Ranji would be back in his warm bed while his captive would be killed presumably by lethal injections or mutilation for his disobediance.
Becoming The Living Death Warrant
Upon returning, Ranji was welcomed with open arms. When the Death Warrant monks and shinobi's saw he had brought back a prisoner they rejoiced that they would also get to see a hand in the death of those who had left their teachings.
