You can't replace Dan, but you can regrow the team. We'll miss him, but at least he can live his wrestling dream full time. I have a feeling this is on a path to an on-screen role at some point down the road, especially since he's so well regarded in the locker room already.
On a brighter note, I can't wait to see who GB gets to fill the opening. Their hires have been 100% fantastic so far.
I'm so glad TMNT is finally out of the top 10. I really don't get the love for it at all, especially as somebody who loved the TMNT franchise growing up. The game just wasn't that fun to play.
I loved the Dynasty Warriors fighting game. I count it among the many, many games on this list that I played and enjoyed more than TMNT. As somebody who actually really likes the TMNT franchise, I will never understand why they ranked that fighting game so highly.
@happenstance:Agreed. Jeff and Peter are the go-to guys for this sort of thing. Jeff is great for old game knowledge, while Peter is great for old hardware knowledge. Both know a lot about emulation in general as well.
Thanks so much Peter for giving love to Bloodlines. The Vinnyvania playthrough hurt because of all the hate thrown its way when it was always one of my favorite installments in the franchise. I couldn't find anything on Google to back up his assertion that it was made by future Treasure employees, though, and everybody I looked up who worked on the game stayed with Konami for a while after it was made, so maybe he's thinking of a different game. Regardless, it's definitely worth a shot for anybody who picks up the Genesis Mini.
