@colossalghost: Fair point. I'd just hope he'd see people's reactions at this stage and think 'maybe this has gone far enough' - he seems an intelligent and sensitive guy as well as one who enjoys a joke.
@colossalghost: GB subscribers/fans aren't just 'people on the internet' though - many of us feel personally invested in him, and not just financially. Having a joke is fine but I feel he owes it to us to be more upfront about this.
ETA: I'm surprised at how invested I feel in all this uncertainty! I think I'm still traumatised from Austin leaving...
@forcen: Yeah, I don't get who's having fun in all this. I'm sure some people don't really care whether he stays or goes, but there a lot of people concerned about it. Especially so soon after Austin leaving, they shouldn't be spinning out the 'joke' this long.
