I've decided to submit a refund request to Sony for my PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077. So far I haven't received any confirmation email or any response at all to my refund, but I'm hoping this just because Sony is taking the time to verify that the people submitting refund requests actually had purchased the game.

I'll eventually buy CP2077 for my PS5 but I'm just going to wait a couple months and try to avoid any spoilers for the game. I was a huge fan of Witcher 3 so I really hope CDPR can bounce back from this and deliver on a solid DLC or something without forcing their employees to go through a crunch development period. I'm happy some people are enjoying the game and I look forward to coming back to this game at a later date.

I made it through Control, and that game never gave me a headache. I'll eventually play Cyberpunk on the PS5 (hopefully), but I really think CD Projekt Red should've stated something that addressed Cyberpunk's performance on the base PS4 (I don't know how it runs on Xbox One).

Yeah I agree with you that this shouldn't be too much of a surprise though.

Do not buy this game for base PS4! I preordered Cyberpunk hoping that I would have a PS5 buy now. Like most people I don't and it's borderline impossible to get one, so I decided to load it up on my PS4.

Its hard finding a normal looking texture. The resolution is so bad I couldn't make it two hours, and usually I prefer performance over graphics. I could barely see objects in the environment that I could interact with. There is pop-in on every character model.

I have a headache after playing for two hours and I doubt I'll be playing anymore unless there is a significant patch.

They advertised this game to work on base consoles of last gen., so I honestly feel lied to. Am I overreacting to this? Sony doesn't allow refunds so I'm kinda screwed, but yeah, don't buy this for PS4

God. I have this on base PS4. If I knew it was going to be this blurry I would've waited. I couldn't make it two hours and now I have a headache. Seriously, do not buy this for base PS4

Hey duders. Since the other post was made pre-release of the game I decided to start a new one. How are you all feeling about the game so far? I thought this one was way easier to get into, and I think the tutorial did a pretty decent job of explaining the most important concepts.

I think the new Decisions tab really revolutionized the game making it a lot easier knowing what you can do, and what needs to be done. When things went bad for me in CK2, I always had to look up a guide or youtube video.

RIght now I'm playing as the Piast Dynasty and I just created the Kingdom of Poland. It feels really good starting as small High Chiefdom and expanding across central Europe. My goal is to demount the pope and install my own religion that dominates all of Europe, but I keep getting sidelined by the warring factions in East Francia and my own deceitful sons that all are strong warriors but horrible leaders.

I'm hoping that Alex does a Quick look and gets into this game because I'd like to hear his take. What do yall think?

I highly recommend the tutorial of you're new to crusader kings. I think they put a lot of effort into explaining every detail of the game into the tutorial. I've put about 5 hours into it now and I'm having a blast. I'm hoping that the next dlc will focus on improving the Byzantines and making their government more historically accurate. Other than that, I have feeling this game is going to take up my nights for now on.

So I impulse bought Noita a few minutes after watching the Unfinished video the guys put out. I went through a small phase of buyer's remorse after struggling to get past the second level, but after two days of two hour sessions this game really has me impressed. The in-depth physics engine blows me away, and similar to Jeff I find myself starting fires just to see how much destruction I can cause. The way the barrels, the flasks, and the lanterns all leak and spurt out their insides after being shot really shows the dedication the designer(s) put into every single pixel. Every new game I play has led to a hilariously and sometimes frustrating deaths, but I now find myself embracing the chaos.

I blindly toss flasks of teleportation at myself while using my glass cannon perk that doubles the power of my spells causing my bombs to blow half the screen away.

One playthrough I found a wand that could summon a literal lake of oil that would flow throughout the tunnels and caverns. I would drown my enemies in the oil, which would turn into a tidal wave of fire and steam after being ignited by a tiny fireball.

I'm starting to have a grasp on mixing the spells on wands to create tools of utter destruction that would almost always result in my own glorious and hilarious suicide. Such as when I used a spell to turn the environment into toxic sludge including myself.

I'm really enjoying this game, and I'm curious to see if anyone else is having similar experiences.

Without spoiling the later stages, what scenarios of hilarity have you placed yourself in?
