@lionsy: Hey lionsy, it is out for PC, I just finished it a couple of days ago. It's currently only on the Epic store.

I have to comment to say that I loved this play-through, so glad that Vinny, Alex and Austin did it. I thought this game was really pretty amazing.

I also think there can be an overreacting when it comes to games that involve time travel, in terms of the discussion after the game's end almost immediately revolving around saying, "this game was good, but of course, like all games involving time travel, there were plenty of aspects that don't make sense if you think about them too hard." I think Life Is Strange really nails the time travel aspects in a way that I haven't seen in a movie or video game before.

The character building also resonated in a way with me that was unexpectedly powerful. I respect the job they did crafting this game to the point where I specifically want to say that I cried pretty hard at the end. I really connected with the Max and Chloe relationship. Now I'll have to go look up how else that could have gone.

Edit: I also want to add, for whatever it's worth, that this game absolutely deserved to be on the top ten GOTY list. Even with its flaws, it's a beautiful and unique experience in so many ways.

Double Edit: I don't think I could have sacrificed Chloe.

This was great, I'd double my subscription if it meant getting regular remote videos with Vinny, Brad and Jeff.

Wwooaahh. Jeff's engaged? Maybe that's been known for awhile, but for me, bombshell.

I really think this game is amazing so far, and watching you guys play it has been one of my favorite features in awhile. I'd echo what some other people have said, and hope that you manage to squeeze some more in before GOTY, but it'd be understandable if you didn't given how busy you all are.

Regarding what a commenter here said earlier, I have to be honest and say that while I love Jeff, and think he's always been one of the funniest people on the GB team, I'd say that more than anyone else he can get VERY set in his ways, and when he has a knee-jerk reaction about not liking a game he can go pretty hardcore in the direction of dismissing it.

The way that he's talked about the Witcher 3 over the last 4 or 5 podcasts has completely baffled me, for example. Like, when that game came out he spoke frequently about enjoying it, and they all talked about how impressive it was, even with minor flaws. Then a few podcasts ago Jeff started saying something along of the lines of "Dude, when I first started playing I got a little ways in, and quickly decided I had no interest in the playing the Witcher 3 ever again." He also went off on a mini-tangent about how he didn't like the combat, got bored with the gameplay, didn't get into it, etc. etc. To be clear, this is all fine, I have no problem with Jeff not liking a game. But I've been listening to the Bombcast weekly for years, and this has been a bizarre whitewashing of everything they were saying about their experience with the game earlier in the year.

Anyways, got off topic there. This just seems like the kind of game I could see unfairly not getting its due, especially now that Patrick isn't going to be in on the discussion to help argue for its merits.
