I have the same setup as well and couldn't get good enough controller support for The Witcher. There is no support for controller in the game, so I tried xpadder with no luck. I haven't tried any mods for it, doesn't seem to have Steam Workshop. I ended up just putting the keyboard in my lap and mouse on the arm of the couch, works well enough. Good luck!
- Half-Life 1
- Half-Life 2
- Fallout 3/New Vegas (if we are counting these as FPS - hell even Elder Scrolls too since you can shoot arrows and magic)
- Deus Ex
- Goldeneye (played the hell out of it then, have no interest in it now though)
eh, that's about all of the FPS's I've held in higher regards at any point... even though I still need to play some classics like System Shock 2 and FEAR. Tried playing the Halo series but really couldn't get into it.
Glad you get to go home Vinny, congrats! Especially glad you are staying with GB even if it isn't with the prime crew... will there even be a 'prime' crew?... with this news I hope they completely split staff with half NY and half SF with equal amounts of content between the 2, that'd be fantastic! Really hope Vinny can stay on the bombcast too. So conflicted with this!
As long as they keep doing what they are doing, I will always subscribe. I love the staff and the community... 50 bucks is well worth supporting this dumb website and the hundreds of hours of content I watch and listen to every year.
Probably for the best... but man they have had no vision this generation. Good thing we have the PS4 this round and MS will have to kick it up a notch next time. We need to keep this competition roaring. And maybe Nintendo will someday join in on it again.
This is pretty much what I'd expected out of the PS+ Edition so I'm not surprised at all... I'm actually surprised they are still making a PS+ Edition of the game. It's also hard to complain with all of the other benefits and 'free' games that come with PS+ as well. It'll be nice to have this 'extended demo' to try out before making the choice of whether I want the rest of the game or not though.
