Yes. Primalrily Jeff, but pretty much GB as a whole does not respond well to critique. In fact, they seem to double down just to spite the people who are paying their salary. Frankly, it's a little weird how they handle it.

I would never again consider ordering merch from you guys. You "tricked" me once with the rebate when I signed up to premium but never again. It's not your fault. It's just that I'm far away. The shipping was like 45% of the order so unless you can get good deals with shipping companies, you should just sell to your American fans.
