Really glad Alex mentioned he's playing on a base PS4 and didn't mention any performance issues. Was gonna wait for the PS5 for this one but now I may just go ahead and pull the trigger.

As a long time Kingdom hearts fan that cut to "75 years later" and their reactions had me in stitches.

I gotta say I love the new format with the inclusion of the individual videos.

I come to this sight for the personalities and this year highlighted that. I listen to every podcast every week but really enjoy the year in review simply because it gives me that moment of 'oh yea, that was this year' with some games and gives me the opportunity to check in on them.

I would echo some of the other folks here saying more group content would be awesome, but beyond that keep up the great work crew!!

@mannyonthem00n: If they come out with a patch/update that smooths out the rough edges of this game it's an easy 4 star game for most people and an easy 5 star for me. The story and pacing are legitimately great, the mechanics are fun once they really start to click for you, and the worlds are smartly designed imo. Its biggest drawbacks are a lack of rewarding collecitbles (most of them are customization options that are middling at best) and a lack of fast travel which is probably the only reason I'm not going to 100% the game.

If they come out with a patch soon, go get it. Otherwise wait for a sale. It may be worth noting that I got the game for free with Origin Premium (I buy the sports games every year anyway so it's a bargain for me)

Oh, and avoid spoilers for the last 5ish hours of the game if you can. There's some real good shit in there.

Great read @brad. I really love this game, and if not for the multiple bugs I think it would be a GOTY contender. Hell, even with all the bugs I think it's in my personal top 5. Here's hoping they put out a patch soon to iron everything out.

Also, is anyone else getting some real Ratchet and Clank vibes off this game? Not really in gameplay but the design and structure gives me that vibe for some reason.
