Why I'm here

Let me start off by saying, I have never writing a blog before. I'm apart of a few websites, and I have never done it. To tell you the truth, Ill probably never do it again. However, I felt the need to say how happy I am to see giant bomb up and running. After gerstman-gate, I was livid. I could not believe how all that went down. I immediately ended my account over at gamespot. It was a shame too, because I was a member there for 6 years, and I really enjoyed the community and personalities on the shows and podcasts.  I then went to 1up, which I also really like, but their forums are a goddamn travisty. I read a few posts and they were all snotty and obnoxious. I never seen that at gamespot, all though I did stay out of system wars, so I cant say it didnt happen. I have yet entered these forums, but seeing as this site is ran by former gamespotters, I have the highest of hopes that it will have a good community.

The main reason of me coming here, is the fact that most of my fav guys from gamespot are working and posting here.  Ive been reading, watching, listening to these guys for a long while. I feel like I know them, like if my friends have come back from vacation and cant wait to catch up. I really wish the best for this site, because I think I found my new home. Good job guys!
