One of my first "Holy crap this is awesome" gaming experiences. A game which drove on it's cinematic presentation like no other and at the time and was truly an eye-opener of the medium's potential.

The first and only Final Fantasy game I could ever really fully relate to. A fantasy world which just felt grounded into reality in its sc-fi industrial setting. Even the talking tiger-dog(?) was oddly relate-able to me. Between a scene which could almost make a grown man cry and the spiky blonde hair of a protagonist whose name introduced me to Dragon Ball Z, FF7 is a classic in the truest sense of the word.
