That's a pretty solid cast although I would like Schafer to still be play by Rene Auberjonois. 

Those are all perfect castings even If I don't know who a few are. Bradley Cooper is a perfect choice for Drake. He's better than Nathan Fillion for sure.

J K Simmons as Sully is genius! And I agree with everyone else on Gemma Arterton - she has no acting talent, but thats not the reason why people like her.

If you were casting the Uncharted movie, it would suck.

I think you could get Elena Fisher's voice actor, Emily Rose, to play her part.  Unlike Nolan North, she's actually young enough to play her part on-screen.  Also, she's nice to look at.

I'd have Rene Auberjonois reprise his Karl Schaffer 
and have Emily Rose reprise her Elena Fisher.

Like Nolan North said about his chances at playing Nathan Drake, that's not how things generally work in Hollywood. Movies like this demand star power.
