A shame about accounting, really wanted to see them play it after the extra life bit. That game goes places for sure. Folks in the comments, don't judge it for that little mishap, you can see it somewhere else. Including the Drew and Alexis extra life stream.

It still seems awful even after watching the Extra Life stream. It's just a bunch of characters screaming constantly while you try to find a key object for each level and pretty much nothing else.

I got the same vibe off of it too from watching it from another stream too. It wears thin super-quick, but at least it is free.

I remember playing the Dreamcast demo unit at Sears as a child, and while my family ended up going with the Nintendo 64 and Gamecube during that era, I always wondered what it would have been like if we got the Dreamcast. I think I would have liked this game as a kid, but now, the genre has evolved enough where going back to this game would seem like a bit of a chore mechanics wise. A shame, as it has quite the decent story.

Incredible read, especially for someone who grew up in an area with almost no diversity at all. Articles like these are extremely helpful in getting other people's perspective on matters I take for granted.

I'd happily take a Star Fox Adventures 2 over this.

That game was weird and dumb but I loved it.

I feel the same way. From the feeling I am getting from this review, this just seems like MORE Star Fox 64 rather than something new to explore. At least with a more platform-like sequel, they would have an easier time filling out things for the player to do and make the campaign last more than 4 hours a run.
