So, I watched the Roku First Look on Tested, and saw that Whiskey has a Roku app for watching videos on your TV and got super jealous! I know the videos won't play in the PS3 browser, but is there any way to watch GB videos on my TV?

If you're asking if you can watch GB videos on the PS3 browser then yes, yes you can.

I recently watched some videos on GB while using the PS3 Browser

You just have to turn off javascript before clicking on the video. 
Unfortunately you can no longer browse through their old videos though because the tabs (Quick looks, etc) don't work.
