This isn't just the start, either. They've been snipping away quite a lot as of late. Soon they'll stop pretending altogether, I'm surprised they still are.

Gay and interracial marriage are next along with civil liberties and human rights. Privacy, education (what remains of it), the environment, social freedoms...all these and more are next.

I wouldn't be surprised to see segregation come back.

I think that it is important to not jump to conclusions in regards to something as horrible as segregation being next. We’ve known for years that the right has wanted to take down Roe V Wade and now it has happened, however, I haven’t seen any advocacy for segregation.

Gay marriage, on the other hand, could most definitely be next considering that that is another issue that could easily be defined by this Supreme Court as a state’s right issue like Roe V Wade just was. Gay marriage was also clearly called out in this decision.

We live in interesting times.

It was quite endearing at the end of his stream where you could see on his face how overcome with emotion he was, while still hiding most of it. He must have told everyone to have a great day/signing off about several times before he actually did lol. You could definitely feel it.

I look forward to seeing what this new found freedom brings.

I think him leaving Giant Bomb (no matter how it went down) was incredibly emotional for him. I also got the sense that he finally feels “free”. Free of the corporate BS. He can now just be himself and track his own course.

I’ll give this new iteration a chance but I’m sad that Jeff is leaving. I’ll for sure follow wherever he goes next.

120 FPS becoming standard at 4K resolution. Graphics can look so good now that frame rate should be priority. And smarter NPC’s.

Also, 2027 seems a bit soon, no?

@wheels1993: the intolerance of different opinion is incredible on this website.

No one should “go away” because they feel differently about the content than you.
