KFC also recently had that VR game where the voice of the Colonel taught you how to prepare chicken.

This also reminds me of how Burnout or Midnight Club or BF 2143 had ads for like Burger King or Gillette razors. I thought that stuff was hilarious and almost miss it compared to microtransactions and such

I really tried to enjoy Risen but I have this vivid, burning memory of getting lost in the bandit camp, unable to find what the hell I was supposed to do to progress the main quest for hours that the frustration got so bad I wanted to puke.

I really liked the way Fable 2 and 3 essentially gave you a relationship meter with each and every NPC. It didn't really amount to much considering A) By the end of the game, as long as you made the "good" choices everyone loved you no matter what and B) That mostly just determined how they reacted to your emotes. But I still thought it was a really cool expansion of the kind of stuff we saw in Morrowind and Oblivion. I've always wished that kind of system could be expanded to games with real character depth like Dragon Age Origins or Fallout New Vegas or whatever, but on that same grand kind of scale. Sure, having party member-level interactions with every NPC in a huge game world will probably never happen just by sheer cost of VO alone, but a man can dream.

These are all great suggestions. Think I might have to cop the Big Jeffrey one. That's probably my favorite bit they've ever done.

Other ones that came to mind today :

Chief Beef

Langzone

Jenks

Dr. Tracksuit

Pie Cam

Boobah

The Benz

Juggalo.

These are all numbered 69 because im an idiot and cant think of anything better

As a dedicated hockey fan, I've always balked at the idea of getting a customized jersey with my own name on. Who the hell am I, right? So I'm curious what everyone is planning to put on their jerseys for the upcoming GB jersey. I'm thinking Gerstmann 08 or maybe Davis/Taswell with a number I can't think of now.

How about y'all?

So I romanced Piper, to the point where I get the XP bonus from sleeping with her as a companion, and ever since it seems like she no longer comments on quests. Before, her and Nick would comment on what was happening in the main quest when I asked for "thoughts" in the dialogue box. Now Piper just says things related to being romantic. I only have her, Nick, and Deacon as companions, so I can't tell if the romance dialogue is overriding the other stuff or if there just wasn't anything else written for this point.

Has anybody else seen this? Anybody gotten to around The Battle of Bunker Hill in the MQ with Piper not romanced and have her still comment?

The worst part of Halo 4's story was how it embraced that "All-story" crap even more. All the pre-destination, chosen-one crap was the worst. More of that generic type of story is the last thing Mass Effect needs, they were already getting too close to Shepard being a chosen-one, now I'm worried it'll get even worse.
