I can just continue to watch in Edge browser too, even though I have to open a new browser just to watch GB content. I just don't want to have to download every video I want to watch, but have considered that option.

Has anyone else had issues with Firefox and Chrome playing videos? Specifically what happens is the video loads and starts playing, then anywhere from 5-30 seconds in it will freeze, but audio will still play. Then the video will catch up. This then continues to happen throughout very frequently and becomes unwatchable. I switch to Edge and it works just fine. I've tried HTLM5, Progressive, auto, HD, etc. Nothing seems to fix. I at first thought maybe it was an extension problem because I run Ublock origin, but disabled for GB. Also run https everywhere, lastpass, and privacy.com, but disabling them all and even removing from Firefox doesn't change.

I don't use Edge for anything else, so I'm guessing it's most likely a problem within the browser(s). But thought I would ask the forums first before blowing stuff away testing.

Firstly I will apologize if this is out there on another thread, but I went looking through Bug Reporting, General, etc and I couldn't find anything. Probably not a popular request, but just trying to look around before I throw something out here.

Anyway, I was curious what the keyboard shortcut was for accessing the "video stats" in the video player. I've done it with Netflix and other players before and I accidentally must have opened it the other day because I saw those stats there. Since I didn't know the command though, and it's not the same as other players, I just had to refresh the page to close them. I like using those stats occasionally to see if I have any bandwidth issues or if my picture doesn't quite look correct, I can verify I'm watching at HD or how long it's taking to buffer, etc.

Edit: I should probably mention some other things in case they matter. HTML5. Win 10. Chrome. Thank you.

That's exactly what I just said. I just mentioned you had to press F11 again in order to get your taskbars back, because the previous posters did not mention that. I could just see a post saying, "I pressed F11 but when the video was done I didn't have any of my taskbars back! Help! etc, etc."

Also, I just closed out of my browser and opened it back up and full screen works perfectly fine. I swear I did that before, but apparently not? So if you're having this trouble, just try to close the browser and open back up and it may work properly. I've been reading some Chrome bug reports and it seems to be a version 50 update bug. Quite a few reports within the past week or so of the same problem. Doesn't affect everyone, but some people say they fix the problem and it just comes back a couple hours later.

I've had the same trouble but when you exit out of a video that you pressed F11 to fullscreen, the Windows and Chrome taskbars are gone. So you have to press F11 again to get those back. I believe this just started happening to me within the past couple hours. I was watching last night with no trouble fullscreening videos.

Videos aren't loading for me tonight. Originally they were just fine, was watching Poly Bridge and then about 40 min in or so started getting some playback issues. Chrome, Win 10, HTML5 HD. Just kept stuttering. Gave up on the video and wanted to watch another and wouldn't even load. No matter what video I try, nothing loads except when I select Youtube quality. Which doesn't help watch premium videos. Youtube quality seems to load fine and is buffering. I have the player set to 720p60HD and running great. So maybe an issue with Amazon? Since the Youtube video is hosted by Youtube, it's running differently than the other videos. I don't know if Youtube uses Amazon for their storage and hosting though, so maybe not an Amazon issue if they do.

One thing I just noticed was I was watching a video with Jeff and Brad(Not a Hero), no issues HD HTML5. Then right away started watching one from GBEAST(Rebel Galaxy) and all sorts of buffering issues. Not sure if coincidence or if they do something different with their video.
