I've recently gotten back into Borderlands, and I just picked up a pretty sweet new combat rifle (although, judging from my brother's luck with weapons, it's not actually all that good). 
 
Lvl req: I forget 
Dmg: 197 
Acc: 87 
Fire rate: 5.7 (but, being a soldier, I have the fire rate increase per kill upgrade) 
Magazine size is 24 bullets, 34 with my upgrades. 
 
I haven't gotten into General Knoxx yet. I'm going to level up to about 51 and try to get some good loot from the Lance before I do.
