@conker: Seems similar to my feelings on the game so far too. The more I play, the more I keep coming across things to nit pick that irritate me. The range does seem messed up on some automatic weapons as I can fire half a clip into someone from a self-loader and get messed up from an SMG from miles away. It's hard to tell if it the game of people with terrible internet connections as the amount of times I fire rounds into people only to be killed by them and see they still have 100% health. Also I noticed that there's some terrible collision detection when firing over or around some types of cover. All in all still enjoying it and i'm sure they'll iron out some of the issues. I'm not sure i'm sold on the weapons overall as I play as a medic and all the rifles seems the same and NONE of them seem particularly good. Maybe it's just me.

Hey, has anyone noticed their steam copy of NMS suddenly started running like garbage? I personally never really had any issues with the game since day one but the other day I noticed an update for NMS but at the same time my PC decided to install Windows 10 updates and now the stutters like crazy where once it ran smooth. Is anyone else experiencing this, id like to pinpoint whats causing it.

Hardcore Henry. 4/5

If Alex Murphy wasn't available and they made Robocop out of Chev Chelios. Bat-shit crazy in the best way possible.

Anyone have major issues after the new UI update? The server filters seems completely broken, I can go to a server that claims to be as low as 57/64 and still constantly get hit with the "server is full" message or on a rare occasion it'll put me in the queue but I still never get to join. When I use quick match it sits at the "joining server" but I never enter a game. So Far I have been completely unable to play BF 4 at all!

Played a ton of Titanfall 1 (still do every few weeks) and while there were a number of things I'm unsure about the Test Alpha (Damage / Heath seems unbalanced for both Pilot & Titan and the new rodeo system for example) It didn't feel like there's anything that cant be tweaked on the fly before released. All in all had a good time with the limited maps & unlocks and am OK with the way its shaping up and will probably be picking this up when its out. The game playing public are always skeptical and uneasy with new spins on the games they enjoy but generally I get over them after a few hours, much like most new maps in DLC. I guess we just have to wait and see on the day but i remain hopeful.

Nothing wrong with pre-ordering a game you know you will pick up and enjoy. Pre ordering a something like a new IP or something from a company with a questionable track record is another story. I will pre order this as the modern Bethesda games are among my favorite of the last decade. Some people pre -order because they don't live or work anywhere near a games store and cant download a large multi Gb file on a bandwidth cap. So in that respect there's really not a big deal having a pre-order for some. Also from what ive seen, Steam's refund system (while better) is not really "good". Perhaps that's just me and the people I know who have tried to get a refund tho.

Yeah for the worst :(

Was really looking forward to this one but it just feels like they ignored all the changes they made to the battlefield franchise and made an 1942 style BF game. While I loved BF 1942 its really hard to go back to. The battlefront beta feels like an unbalanced and messy overall experience. While I don't want just an exact Battlefield clone for this I would like them to take the things they learned and apply them with a new twist. The fact the weapons seeming have zero recoil and the accuracy is crazy from the start turn me off. The coop level is just empty and terrible while the walker assault is just a mess at time. I still hold out hope that the game itself will be enjoyable. I feel it may thrive in more internal, corridor based levels rather than the open battleground but until its out I guess we cant say. Looks & sounds incredible but only time will tell and with the amount of games coming in the next 2 months Em not sure this will be the one on the top of most peoples list.

Hey all, I sat down last night to try out the new free mode events for GTA online and no matter how many times I tried to join a new server I was always the only one there. Is there something weird going on at my end or is no one playing anything but heists as I was still constantly hit with Heist invites.

I picked up both Mad Max and MGS V on day of release and have enjoyed my time with Mad Max more. I think coming out with MGS V was the main thing that turned critics against it as I feel it's actually a better game (or at least Im having more enjoyment with it) than Either Shadow of mordor or Arkham Knight as it's being compared to. Personally I really dislike a lot of things about MGS V including a bug that makes the sound screw up & makes snake uncontrollable at the worst possible time for a few seconds before being able to regain control, the fact I feel like im going to the same camps time and time again & some weird situations with A.I. Im glad people are out there enjoying both games but i feel bad that some may be turned away by the mediocre to bad reviews of Mad Max when it is such a good game and as for MGS V getting 9's and 10's all over the place...that's a bit of a head scratcher for me.

Also to clarify some peoples concerns with the world in Mad Max, once you start moving through the story to other regions the scenery changes (although still within the confines to the sand covered world). You will start to leave the seabed and run into Gas stations, churches, bridges, junk yards etc. A small change but noticeable and enjoyable.

A little. So far the only time it was really an issue was when I was doing the first real mission where you rescue Miller. I had completed the rescue and was running away on horseback from the zombie troops and the camera was just killing me. It was all over the place and wouldn't center on anything meaning I was running into rock and walls during a high speed chase. Still the best controls of a Metal Gear game without a doubt tho.
