Did Jeff make the bombcast intermission music?  

Space Trucker is a legitimately good song.  
In The Can In The Can will never die.   
Other than that I don't know...

I like fun-and-gun shooters (Quake3) and shoot-em-ups (Darius Twin etc).  PS3 is lacking in this department and I'm pissed about it.

PSN shooters I own:

-Burn Zombie Burn - challenging to master the combos, but the actions are not inherently fun.  Do not want to replay. 
-Soldner X - this game is ass.
-Commando 3 - this got low reviews but is actually the most fun shooter I got off PSN.  The levels get old after a few playthroughs.
-Stardust- I admit this game is pretty wicked.
-Crash Commando - this game was different than I thought it would be.  It's very satisfying when you hamburger a guy, but it's hard to do.
-Astro Tripper - this got good reviews and I thought it sucked.  The control scheme was distracting and you fall off the edges of the map.

I am waiting for Zombie Apocalypse which thankfully is multiplatform.  XBLA has like 100 shmups that I can't get, so that sucks for me.  (I also own Wipeout, Eden, and Flower.  They are excellent, but not my shooter bread and butter.) 

As far as FPS, I am bummed that PS3 doesn't have Left4Dead.  And of course Halo is a kind of run-and-gun shooter where you aren't taking cover every 10 seconds.  Sony has basically failed to provide me with that kind of twitch shooter.  Now UT3 has been patched but I'm just not feeling that (it's kind of old at this point, no?)
