I've been with this site for a very long time, and your personality, voice, and unique way of looking at not only gaming but the games industry was something I looked forward to each week. I love all the content that the crew puts out, but the content that you curated ended up being some of my favorite stuff to come out of this site since its inception. I don't think I've ever laughed harder than I did with 13 Deadly Sims and I'm really going to miss Clue Crew. Also, congrats on finally getting to play Fortnite with St. Vincent!

I've been playing a lot of "The Evil Within 2." Game is pretty great. Never played the original, but the sequel is a fun, haunted house of a game. Feels like a really messed up "Fringe" episode.

The majority of games I play are single player which suits me just fine. I still play MP games with a core group of friends, but I prefer the single player experience.

I know that Giantbomb has people on their streams from other companies all the time, but since Mahardy moved to NYC, he is consistently on their streams on a regular, almost weekly basis. While he is a Gamespot employee and works in the same building as the GBE team, it almost feels like they've been doing trial runs with him on all these streams. While I highly doubt any of that is true, I can't help but feeling like it isn't off the table. He works so well with the GBE team and already feels like a natural, no-brainer addition to the squad. I truly enjoyed when he sat in on "Die Another Friday" and I look forward to anytime that beautiful man shows up on a feature. What do you folks think?

Last movie I watched was "It Follows." As a horror movie, I'd rate it a 7.5/10. It has a fairly interesting concept, and the idea of said concept was fairly haunting and unsettling. I don't want to reveal anything...if you like horror movies, you should definitely watch it. It doesn't get a higher rating, because I feel that the concept was not fully realized and they played fast and loose with the "mechanics" of the "entity." Horror elements aside, the movie was absolutely beautiful, with a great sense of style. The cinematography was very well done, and each scene felt like it was put together with a certain amount of care and love. I'm a huge fan of the "long shot," where the actor or actress does not have the benefit of quick cuts and has to embody the scene for long periods of time. I don't think it brings anything necessary to the movie, but I feel that it draws you in to the events that are unfolding on screen much more effectively.

And it sounds like I'm some pretentious film critic dick. I'm not. I just like typing.

I'm a dude. I'm 30. I'm a network engineer for an IT hosting company. I've been playing games my entire life, but have been struggling to find the joy in playing them recently.

Uh...father passed away from cancer mid October this year, and I've been trying to get back on my feet emotionally and motivationally.

I have an unhealthy amount of knowledge when it comes to movies and actors/actresses.
