System Wars: We need one.

I'm probably alone on this one,but I really think Giant Bomb needs a board like System Wars here. Why?To keep all the garbage from spreading to the rest of the boards; it's going to happen eventually.

The irony of Giant Bomb.

Most people (myself included) come to sites like Gamespot and more recently Giant Bomb for the community, but what was the point of leaving Gamespot for Giant Bomb when the Giant Bomb community is almost exactly the same as the Gamespot community?Something to think about...

I finished both my Metroid Zero Mission speed run today, and Final Fantasy VI Advance yesterday.

With Zero Mission,I scored 0:48:02 with 24% items, which (time-wise) is actually worse than my previous record of 0:46:23.Items-wise,my percentage was lower this time around, with 5% less.I skipped the high jumps boots this time around, which really isn't a deal-breaker,but I skipped some missle tanks, which resulted in some frustration during the Mother Brain battle.I made a lot of mistakes, and missed a number of time saving opportunities, but it's fine. This was really meant to be a dry-run,so to speak,to refamiliarize myself with the game.I'll speed run it again properly after I finish everything else.

Final Fantasy VI Advance is also a superb game.Absolutely fantastic.I'd recommend it to pretty much anybody.

At this rate,I may finish all the games on my list before I begin school.Pretty awesome.I removed Animal Crossing from the list for obvious reasons, and I also removed Wind Waker, since the disk no longer functions (it was previously a friend's copy, and let's just say he didn't exactly treat his disks with care).

I'll probably reward myself with a copy of Super Mario Galaxy when (or if) I finish all the games on this list...and I will even if I don't.After that,I'm not sure what else I'll purchase.

Regarding games yet to release,I'm looking forward to MadWorld; I'm a fan of its No More Heroes-esque styIe.Starcraft II is a must-buy,but I still have yet to purchase a proper gaming computer, and I won't get one until I'm old enough to attain a job and save up enough money (I'm 15),which could be years.Spore...same thing.Other than that, not much I'm actually "excited" for.MadWorld aside,Nintendo's E3 showing was extrememly underwhelming, but with that said,I wasn't very impressed with the Sony and Microsoft conferences.

I'll probably catch up on all those GC,GBA,and PC games (ones that my computer can actually run) I missed.Fallout and Fallout 2 are top-priorities.I might buy a GBA Micro,as well, considering I'd like a small, compact system to play while on the bus riding to and from school that also has a headphone jack; I don't want to listen to all the incessant chatter and yelling again this year.

Yep,and that's it for now.Giant Bomb isn't half-bad.The layout is pretty clunky, but I could get used to this site.
