Layton creeps me out...

I've been playing through Professor Layton recently and there's something about him that scares the crap out of me. I'm not quite sure what it is, so I've visualized what I imagine to be the events directly prior to the start of the game:

Anyone else get this vibe? Dark room, Layton has been drinking again...Luke sitting in the corner of his room, rocking back and forth hoping tonight the Professor won't make him solve another "puzzle"...

Vinny, you have a sick mind...

Worst part is, I won't be able to get this thought out of my head now while playing Layton. Dude's a little too mild-mannered, if you ask me... Gotta be hiding something, right?

AHAHA! Another "puzzle"!

I haven't played Prof. Layton yet so I guess I'll assume some form of child abuse it taking place when I do. Can't wait!

I can see it all now...

*laughs!!*  Is there such a thing as an innocent relationship anymore? :)

Layton is the man! You be nice to him Vinny!

LOL at the picture Vinny. Don't forget, "critical thinking is the key to success." Through this critical thinking, you found out the true nature of Layton's apprentice's "puzzles".

Nonetheless, Professor Layton is awesome and you should have played it earlier, Vinny! >:(

Jk, glad you are playing it and hopefully you bought a new copy because I want the next in the U.S., stat!

HA ha ha!

Layton is a cool guy! Luke is really annoying though.

Posted by Death_Burnout

I love your rendition Vinny, haha. I'm sure he has plenty of "puzzles" that need "solving"

Sadly i've yet to play it.

They might expose this side of his character in the sequels. If we ever get them. And having played the first game, maybe Luke did deserve a beating

Sick, man.

I giggled

It's the eyes...definitely the eyes.

Luke deserves it. "I'VE GOT IT PROFESSOR"

Although, no wonder he constantly looks for Layton's approval. He's probably his astranged son.

Yeah. Dude, those eyes.

Is there something wrong in that picture?  I didn't notice.  Looked to me like the kid touched the radio and got what he deserved for it.  =  /

Every Puzzle has a solution, Vinny....

Just don't touch that radio dial. Layton has a tire iron in the glove compartment.

Why so serious, Luke?  I'm sure Layton just wanted to put a smile on that face.

Posted by BiggerBomb

Dude, way to make me laugh like a girl.

Haha.  You should make this a contest vinny.  Who can make the best caption for that picture.  Although yours hits the nail on the head

Posted by RenegadeSaint

Be sure you don't put the "Bottle of Scotch" in Layton's room.  It leads to the game's bad ending... :(

"Every puzzle has a solution, and that solution is THE BACK OF MY HAND!"

I don't know if I'll ever look at him the same way again.

Hahaha awesome post. I agree, it's the eyes... They scream "evil" :P

Posted by SuperJoe

the professor's pimp hand is indeed quite strong

Posted by Aaron_G

So Layton gave the kid what he deserved I guess.

Layton seemed to have figured out the solution to the disobedience puzzle.

lol

Hope your enjoying it Vinny. I sure did.

Nah layton is a cool guy he lets me put the lotion on the skin or I will get the hose again

This is on my "backlog" to finish. You have just ruined it for me.

I hate you, Carav... Carru... Vinny.

No wonder the sequels haven't came out in America yet, the ESRB would probably rate them AO.

Posted by Banggoo

Yeah the professors too perfect.  He doesn't expose his human flawed side but he is definitely human ,everyone makes mistakes, so it seems like he's hiding a dark secret.  I mean where does he go to vent his emotions >_<

Well I guess we know what Vinny's theory is <.<

LOL WUT XD

Funniest thing i've read all week.

There's a disgusting image I accidently saw when searching for Layton on Google images not too long ago. I won't post it here though and nor do I want to see it again.

I think he's a great character. If younger children are playing the game, I would imagine he's a good role model to teach them to be well mannered. He's the type of person that's so nice, people think that he's weird. I've heard the same in real life, but it doesn't mean your weird at all.

I kinda wanna play this game now...

I think I saw this in EB Games when I was 13.

Reminds me of the scene in Rush Hour where Jackie Chan changes the radio and Chris Rock yells at him.
