Add alias Pizza Connection to Pizza Tycoon, or maybe rename it to Pizza Connection because that's what it seems to be being sold as now on Steam and GOG? It was originally titled Pizza Tycoon in the US.
Gradius isn't played in this video, Galaga is and is already tagged. Please delete the Gradius tag. Also, it might be an idea to have a topic for tag issues, similar to the topics for wiki issues like aliases and merge requests.
The tag limit on videos is too low to add all the games played on some videos, such as Quick Look: NES Classic Edition or Old Games: Super NT Super Stream. When trying to tag games to those videos now they aren't added to the "Tags added" list like they would be if the tags were needing to be added by someone else to display on the "In this episode" list. I understand that if the limit was increased the way tags are displayed on the page would probably have to change, because even with the limit as it is now the video player is being stretched vertically on the aforementioned videos' pages. But it would be nice for completeness's sake to be able to tag every game played in these videos.

The second quick look of Puyo Puyo Tetris, which can be seen listed here on QL Crew, and is here on Youtube. I couldn't find the file for this one.
On QL Crew both of these now redirect to the older video and there doesn't seem to be any way to access the later videos.
