My 360 should be back with me soon, hopefully within the next couple of days at least. It arrived back in the country yesterday, but yesterday was a bank holiday so it wouldn't have been going anywhere. I'm expecting it today or tomorrow. Anyway all I've been doing with my time is going to college, PS2, computer and watching TV. I can't wait to get back on Xbox Live.

Anyway check out the Colin McRae Dirt 2 Teaser Trailer:

See you later.

Yes, my Xbox 360 has broken again, it got the dreaded three red lights yesterday, while I was playing Fallout 3. The game had froze three times then when it froze a fourth time and I restarted the console later on, the red ring of death flashed and I knew that I was screwed. Anyway I rung up Microsoft Customer Support gave the apprpriate details and what not, printed out the package label they sent me via email. Finally I arranged a collection with UPS for tomorrow. The annoying part about this is that the last time my 360 went bye-bye, so to speak. Microsoft put a new motherboard in the 360 which has broken now and that was about 1 year and 3 months, so is that the average life expectancy of a newly installed motherboard?

It's not like I haven't been careful with the position of my console, it is laid horizontal with about 10-12 inches of breathing space from the wall of my bedroom, I make sure the area around the 360 is as dust free as possible, so you know what else could I have done? This is the FOURTH XBOX 360 THAT HAS HAD A PROBLEM OF SOME SORT. I'm not angry in that last sentence, I'm just mystified as to why Microsoft released this console with so many problems.

Any way here's the new Prototype Cinematic Trailer from my Youtube Channel.

See you all next time.

Looks like Bethesda has launched another piece of broken downloadable content. The PC version has been having problems and so has the 360 version with it's achievements not registering on Live user's gamescores. The achievement pop up appears when you unlock an achievement but your gamerscore doesn't change, the achievements appear on your Fallout 3 game list but the individual gamerpoints for Fallout 3 doesn't update with the new achievements. Hope this gets fixed.

Anyway I think Broken Steel is a good piece of DLC, I won't spoil anything but the climax in the story is excellent and you get to make a very big choice. Also Bethesda upgraded the level cap to 30 which is nice and theres alot of other new stuff.

At the time of typing this blog, I am uploading a new video to Youtube, a Resident Evil 5 Online Versus Mode Gameplay Video, it should be available soon!

Until next time, good bye!

After a bit of a delay (trying to get my HAVA to connect to my computer using an ethernet crossover cable), I have finally managed to get it to work. The problem ended up being the LAN settings on my network card which the HAVA is connected to. I've uploaded a small test video on to my Youtube Channel and sometime during the next couple of days I am going to be making some videos and posting them.

Any way I have still had time to go on my 360:

  • I have been playing Far Cry 2 (I still haven't completed the story mode for this yet).
  • Race Pro (My latest purchase, very good and realistic racing game).
  • FEAR 2 Project Origin (Trying to complete it on the hardest difficulty, it is going okay so far).
  • Resident Evil 5 (Completed the campaign on amateur and normal, haven't started it on expert).
  • Street Fighter 4 (Recently done the arcade mode on normal).
  • Fallout 3 (Completed the Pitt DLC and finished the main story quest with good karma).
  • FIFA 09 (Completed a season of Manager Mode).

Can't wait to start posting some videos!

See you all later!

It's a hard thing to establish yourself on the web, alot of people have done it. Popular internet users include: Cheapy D, Blunty3000, Jeff Gerstmann etc etc. But the way you broadcast yourself, the methods you use to attract other users and the topics, events and issues that you address. These will define you on the wide world web (full of porngraphy, arguments and hate), if you can't get noticed or if no one gives a shit about you then don't give in because there are groups of people like you who are interested in your views, interests and arguments.

That text is just me explaining what I am trying to do, I want to be noticed.

UPDATE: I received the component female coupler on thursday, but I am still waiting for the HAVA Platinum HD and av female coupler. The first is coming from Ohio in the US and the av female coupler is coming from Hong Kong, both of them were posted by the senders around mid last week so I will be expecting them around the middle of this week or the weekend at the latest.

See you all later.

Yours faithfully,

Hello there! You all haven't heard from me for a while. But I am back for good. I have launched a Youtube Channel which I will be adding videos to, as soon as I receive my new HAVA Platinum Hard Drive and some other components from a seller on Ebay, that I need for recording my gameplay footage. The sort of videos that I will be making are:

  • Game Reviews, News, Trailers etc.
  • Music Reviews, News, Videos etc.
  • Film Reviews, News, Trailers etc.

This is a picture of the HAVA Platinum and components I have ordered.

I am seriously thinking of getting FEAR 2 on friday, I liked the demo, I had the first FEAR on the 360 which I like very much so this seems like a safe purchase. Because most of the time when you are buying a game there's a risk of whether or not you are going to get your full moneys worth out of a game. Anyway I completed Prince of Persia, trying to do Left 4 Dead on Expert, still doing Far Cry 2, currently on wave 50 in horde mode on Gears Of War 2 and still to download the Fallout 3 Anchorage DLC. Yeah I have quite a lot of things to do gaming wise. But I can't at the moment I got assignment work to do for college.

Soooo... later.
