WildFires Top Freeware Picks
There are literally millions of “Freeware” programs available on various websites but what do I “Cody” (xTalent) think are the best freeware programs?. Well I intend to answer that question by providing a list of my favorite freeware programs and maybe a brief description. Please feel free to download any of the programs I have listed as they're are Free-To-Use forever and and free to download. (They are also Virus Free), some of these you may agree with and some of them you may not but remember this is my opinion and based on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms I have the right to voice my opinion as long as its within the law and does not affect anyone or anything physically.

Songbird is developed by a band of experienced, dedicated software developers and designers called the Pioneers of the Inevitable. Our previous hatchlings include Winamp and the Yahoo! Music Engine. Songbird like any other application that is co-developed by Mozilla offers a lot of customizibility ranging from “Addons”, 'Themes / Feathers”, “Integrated Web Browser”, “Video Playback”, “Music Playback”. Even though its still in its beta stages its proving to be a big competitor for ITunes and Winamp, its my favorite media player out of every available choice.

Notepad++ is a generic source code editor (it tries to be anyway) and Notepad replacement written in C++ with the win32 API. The aim of Notepad++ is to offer a slim and efficient binary with a totally customizable GUI. Notepad++ can open almost any document and is great for coding.
