I am hoping that Blur will go on sale. Amazon was recently selling it for 50% off ($20 for PC), but I would rather just wait and get it on Steam.  I'm hoping it goes on sale, but being it's Activision, I'm not getting my hopes up that it will.

Other than that, anything else on my wishlist (that isn't already on sale):  http://steamcommunity.com/id/wolfenhex/wishlist -- BTW, Steam's wishlist feature is handy for sales like this.

Steam is very addicting, but you can get a lot for your money if you wait for good sales and packs.  Everything on Steam will go down in price and eventually go on sale.  If you can wait you can get a lot for your money.

I have spent around $2050 on Steam over the years and currently own 260 games.  According to Steam Calculator my account is currently worth $4023.34.

Lately I have been avoiding buying any game that is $35 - $50.

I have only purchased Flotilla.  Most of the daily deals I would have been interested in I already own from previous sales.

There are other games I plan on buying but I am waiting until the last day of the sale in case they go even more on sale as one of the daily deals.

Only "Steam Play" games can be played on Mac and Windows with no additional purchase needed.  However, I believe at the moment all the Mac games support this.  I just wanted to mention it in case they add games that don't support it in the future.

Steam's checkout system will block your account after a certain amount of purchases in a short period of time.  I don't remember exactly what it is but it has happened to me a few times in the past and even made me miss out on two sales (which Steam wouldn't let me get after this was fixed).  It's not even a block on your credit card but your account itself, so changing the payment method will not fix it either.  I eventually learned that a way around this is to make a second Steam account and gift the game to your main account.

During the Game Room Quick Looks (when showing Super Breakout and Missle Command) the ability to use a mouse was mentioned (for PC).  Is this actually possible?  I have not been able to get my mouse to work at all with Game Room other than for menus.  During the actual gameplay, the only thing I can use is my keyboard.

Me and my girlfriend both have lifetime subscriptions to Lord of the Rings Online.  They have already made up the price they cost.  We decided to each get one for Star Trek Online as well.

The lifetime subscription is a wonderful idea.  We are not stressed at all to play the game because we need to get our $15/month worth and we don't have to worry if we'll have time to play each month.  It makes the game a lot more relaxing and enjoyable to always be able to login and play and not have any kind of fee to worry about.

Lord of the Rings Online had a rough start but they added a lot to it over time and now it is a great game.  I am expecting a similar thing to happen with Star Trek Online.  Even if it might be lacking at the moment I'm sure there will be plenty of content added over time.  The Star Trek universe has enough fans and enough content to allow Star Trek Online to grow as long as the developers care about it.

It's a gamble though, and I'll admit that.  The game could always fail.  I had good luck with Lord of the Rings Online so I'm going to be risking it with Star Trek Online as well.
