There are only a few (less than 10) people on my friends list that are real-life friends. One of them is my brother, 3 of them are people I know online but have been very good friends with for several years. Then there are a few people that I play CoD4 or TF2 with often, but I met them online too. The rest are random people from forums and XBL matches that sent me requests. I generally delete these people after i don't hear from them for a month.

What really sucks is that none of the people I know in real life (and who live nearby) don't have Xbox Live accounts, except for my brother. Half of them don't even have Internet at home, and there are a lot of good multiplayer games that don't have split-screen modes. System Link isn't always an option either since it can be a hassle dragging over an extra box and TV, and you can't just play 1v1 Deathmatch custom matches all day.

Since I'm currently unemployed and not taking any college classes, I play offline probably 5 to 10 hours a day, haha... I play CoD4 online about 1 to 5 hours depending on if my friends are on. I don't play CoD4 online by myself, the motivation to win simply isn' t there without my friends on with me.

Right now I'm working through Blue Dragon, so those 50 to 10 hours a day are giving me good headway through the game, but I'm playing through kinda slowly.

I think mine was BioShock. It was the first game I liked SO much that I could play it long enough to get all the achievements without wanting to throw my 360 out the window and look for a new hobby, and once I had a single 1000/1000 I decided it was kinda fun unlocking all those achievements and I've been shooting for as close to 1000 as possible on every game since then. I'm quick to give up on games with XBL achievements, and sometimes I decide it's simply just not worth wasting a chunk of my life trying to get some of the more rediculous acheivements like the Bronze/Silver/Gold Medals, aka Basic/Rocket/Aperture Science, for Portal on the Orange Box (930/1000 on there!).

So far I have BioShock, Oblivion, Prey, Mass Effect, Fallout 3, and Dead Space all with 1000/1000. (Not counting DLC achievements or expansion achievements). I have 970/970 on Condemned: Criminal Origins (never understood why they didn't just tack on 30 pts to one of the achievements to make it an even 1k), and 200/200 on Castlevania: SOTN (XBLA game). I also have more than 1000 on Halo 3, but I never actually got the Steppin' Razor achievement, so it's really only 995/1000 for the non-DLC achievements.

My gamertag is Xeigrich, which is an old name I made up for a character in a short fantasy story I was writing for a creative writing assignment in high school (man, that was like, 6 years ago). It's pronounced "ZEEG-rick" with a K sound at the end and emphasis on the "zeeg" part, but I've adapted over time and respond to "zai-grich," "zay-grich," "zeh-ee-grich," "zee-grich," and even "ecksay-grich." Very rarely does someone pronounce it right without me telling them first, and very rarely does anyone even get the right hard K sound on the end, rather than the softer CH sound (it's supposed to seem like a Germanic name, though the "ee" sound in German is "ie" and not "ei" so that part's kinda my fault).

Some people just call me "X-man" if they can't be arsed to pronounce it right, or they'll pronounce it wrong on purpose to try and piss me off (which never works, haha). I've been called Z-Dick once while playing Halo 3, and I was laughing so hard that the insult itself fell completely flat.
