Did you get an answer to this, I recently had this issue and have narrowed it down to the Replaced Harddrive (Mine was a Toshiba). Basically it seems that the Harddrive prevents the PS4 going into standby, possibly the HDD fails to spindown, either way i took out the bigger HDD and installed the HDD that came with the PS4 and everything works perfectly, especially standby mode.
You may want to look at putting the orignal harddrive back in and testing that, if that works then you should return the HDD to where you bought it and get a different drive, i am going to stick with a HGST branded one
