    Development

    ReVeN's Kickstarter campaign exceeded its goal of $18,000, garnering around $33,400 by the close of the campaign on February 22, 2014. This also fulfilled the stretch goal for 1080p graphics. However, because the $37k goal was not met, the developers needed to seek out further funding and have slated the game's release for 2016. Through an early access release of a game in the same universe, ReVeN: XBridge, Varia Games continued to keep themselves afloat while ReVen still remains in development in the latter half of 2017.
