Mojo is the villainous super-genius chimpanzee who is considered by many to be the PowerPuff Girls' arch enemy. His pseudo-Japanese speech is long winded and under his "hat," is an exposed brain.
Bubbles is the cutest and most sensitive of the Powerpuff Girl trio. But sometimes her friends and enemies think of her as a baby, but she'll do anything to prove them wrong.

Once a member of the ACME detective agency, Carmen turned criminal and used her extraordinary knowledge to lead the V.I.L.E criminal organization, as well as stealing well known earth landmarks. She is often fleeing from the ACME detective agency in order avoid arrest.
Scooby-Doo is a Great Dane & Shaggy Roger's best friend. He has a speech-impediment and an insatiable appetite. He's a coward, but giving him Scooby Snacks will convince this cowardly dog to do just about anything.
