Story
Rumble's small size made him the target of being bullied. As a result he became more scrappy and resourceful than his peers. He developed a quick temper and a reputation for getting even regardless of who crossed him. Due to this, Rumble was a loner. He didn't mind, he preferred the company of gadges and spent his time tinkering or rummaging through a scrapyard. His teachers saw his potential and recommended that he enroll in the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress in Piltover, where he could have likely become a protege to Heimerdinger. Rumble refused, calling Heimerdinger and his associates sellouts for giving Yordle technology to the humans for nothing. When humans came to Bandle City Rumble couldn't resist seeing them. He intended just to get a good look at the humans, but ended up returning bruised and bloodied. The next morning Rumble left Bandle City without a word and was not seen for months. He returned piloting a mechanized monstrosity. He ventured to the center of town and announced that he would be joining the League of Legends to show what Yordle tech was really capable of without hiding behind a foreign banner.

Abilities
Rumble uses a unique resource called heat in place of mana. Each time he uses a spell Rumble gains 20 heat. Upon reaching 50 heat Rumble goes into the "Danger Zone" causing all abilities to be enhanced. When rumbles reaches 100 heat, he overheats, activating Junkyard Titan. Heat starts at 0 and caps at 100. After 4 seconds of not using abilities he will begin to lose heat at a rate of 5 every half second. After 2.5 more seconds he will lose 10 every half second.

Electro-Harpoon | (Active): Rumble fires a taser that deals damage and slows the enemy it hits for 3 seconds.
