When I was playing this game in high school, a buddy and I were hopelessly stuck on a song. We loaded a cassette into the VCR and recorded the section we were having trouble with. We then slowed the playback of the tape to watch where the balls went and memorized the patterns. My memory from that point is hazy. I'm sure we had to go a few more tries, but we eventually cleared it. I don't think we would have without the use of the VCR. That, my friends, is one of my fondest gaming memories.
