AiAi is one of the main characters in the Super Monkey Ball series of games.
Before Sonic the Hedgehog, Alex Kidd was the mascot of Sega. He was well-recognized by the public for his appearances in Alex Kidd in Miracle World and Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle. Alex Kidd is the titular protagonist of his respective series, who, although no longer the main mascot, continues to appear in several Sega-related video games and cameos in several other media.
Amigo wields maracas like they were deadly weapons in Sega's Samba de Amigo series.

Bingo (blue) and Bongo (pink) are a pair of two, small bears operating in larger bear suits, and appear as main characters in Sega's Samba de Amigo franchise. Outside of their suits, the pair of boys are small, brown bears.

ChuPea is one of the four leading protagonists of the ChuChu Rocket! video games. She controls the red rocket.
Combo is one of the main characters of the Jet Set Radio (2000) and Jet Set Radio Advance (2003), and a supporting character in Jet Set Radio Future. The leader of his own gang, he and Cube sought out to find the GGs to warn them about the Golden Rhinos and what they had done to a fellow member, Coin.
Death Adder is the main antagonist in the Golden Axe series and wields the Golden Axe.
DJ Professor K is a main character from the Jet Set Radio series who serves as the commentator and narrator of the first two games. He is the host of a pirate broadcasting station in Tokyo-To, known as Jet Set Radio.
Doctor is a main character of the Super Monkey Ball franchise, first appearing in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.
Dr. Robotnik, also known as Dr. Eggman, is the antagonist in nearly every Sonic the Hedgehog title.
The Flag Guy appears at the beginning of the race in Outrun and waves his checkered flag when it's finally time to begin your adventure. If you just sit still, he'll eventually take the opportunity to dazzle your girlfriend with some light exercise followed by fierce dance moves.
Fuse is a main character from the Space Channel 5 series, who is never actually seen or makes a physical appearance. He is an employee for Channel 5 and is Ulala's boss, always telling her what to do and trying to assist her during reports.
Gilius is a character from the Golden Axe series. He wields an axe and strikes down anyone who happens to get in his way.
Gum is the deuteragonist and one of the main mascots of the Jet Set Radio video games who is an original founder of the GGs. She is a sarcastic, uptight, and upbeat graffiti gangster who enjoys skating through Tokyo-To without care. Unlike the other characters from the franchise, Gum has had a lot of appearances outside her respected franchise since her debut in 2000. Because of her popularity, Gum is often mistaken as the lead character of the Jet Set Radio series.
Harrier runs to war in an effort to maintain peace in the Fantasy Zone.
KapuKapu are the main antagonists of the ChuChu Rocket! video games. They are a type of cat who terrorize and eat the ChuChu, the space mice trying to escape their jaws.
Made his first appearance in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and is now a mainstay in the franchise. He also enjoys a friendly rivalry with Sonic and rapping about the places he visits.
MeeMee is a main character from the Super Monkey Ball series who is the loving wife of AiAi and nurturing mother of Baby.
Metal Sonic is a robotic Sonic created by Dr. Robotnik and has appeared in various Sonic games and spin-offs.
NiGHTS is a flying, jester-like Nightmaren who betrayed Wizeman, the ruler of Nightmare, in order to live in liberty with the Nightopians. It befriends and dualizes (fuses) with all Nightopia visitors to diminish Wizeman's control of the dream world.
(Spelt: Piranha) Also known as Boogie in Jet Set Radio Future, she is a playable character in the Jet Set Radio series. She is found in Kibagoaka Hill in Jet Set Radio Future.
Pudding is the overall deuteragonist of the Space Channel 5 video game series, and one of its leading antagonists. She is a lead reporter for Channel 42 who happens to be the ever-persistent rival of Ulala, the lead reporter for Channel 5. She is usually seen either with her two male bodyguards or hovering around on the Spacebird 42.
